I'm a karaoke newbie and I'd like to record quality files. I have a couple quick questions:
1. Are cdg recordings that you buy the same 41,100 quality as regular audio cd?
2. Can I download high-quality files anywhere? I don't like mp3 files even a little bit except for email or web posting.
Thanks for your answers and also for any related info that you think might help.

If you buy on cd format it's the same. If you buy download from like tricerasoft.com or cavsusa.com it's really close to cd quality. Unfortunatley the only Legally downloadable format is MP3+G at this time and you can only get Top HIts Monthly(good quality), Chartbuster(good quality), and CAVS (worse than getting a nutech disc by my standards).
