There are a lot of good singers here and a lot of attractive people too. That cover both the visual and the auditory interests that people might have when they first meet someone.
Any response that you didn't already plan on such as "Hey she's/he's cute" all the way up to wow the way she/he sings that song melts the buttons off of my shirt."
Is there a person here that you have a safe, mild, and passing interest in?

wow you're just cranking them out, you must be as bored as me lmao. Hmm safe passing interest. Well let's see, for the he's cute thing, xxKevinxx falls under that spectrum for sure as well as the singing thing.. I seek out his subs, he hooked me with NIN. Also Mark (keepingitcntry) is a cutie pie... as well as an awesome singer. K I've made my confession, who's next!
EDIT: OH and Chuck, yer adorable too

I'm interested in anyone that has musical or artistic talent, skill, interest, technical ability in area's pertaining to musical equip, etc.. If it has to do with music, I'm interested in the person who likes to do it... ONLY reason I'm here, and yapping so damn much... I like being around people that have something in common.. In here, there's a pretty high percentage of 30+ folks, even folks my own age and older, that's another point of interest for me, many of us share a comparable lifestyle, socioeconomic & artistic common memory of our past. The fact that this site is interactive (I know, I haven't contributed to the area's of music yet in here, because my own feelings are if it's not a 9 or 10, unless you are practicing and learning something WITH others, you don't perform it or display it PERIOD... JMO)
However my interest in here is safe, it's the forum topic... 'singers', music, equipment, and the horse it road in on :) As to one person ? Nope.. I think it's obvious who I get along with.. ANYONE willing to try to get along with me.. If the person is pleasant, I'm interested in yacking.. If not, I'm content leaving it just at subject matter assuming I have even that in common with them.. This is just a place for me to hang, relax, and try to be mellow and have fun.. It's what this site is about.. That's as concise as I can get, I like what administration has done here for people, I enjoy the interactive nature of the site.. and the free coffee, and donuts...
I'm here to try to make a few friends, not meet the opposite gender. I don't need any headaches surrounding an area of interest... Music's a hobby for me, was a pro career, get too involved with anyone in particular it's too easy to lose site of why I'm here... I already have... I promised myself I'd spend more time in Singer's Showcase, but do I ? Nope, I spew blather in these bboards instead of sharing in Singer's Showcase. Of course the reason being, What I thought were people that wanted to chat about their singing, and hear others honest opinions, too much of the time didn't care what others thought. They didn't want helpful hints, they wanted to scratch peoples backs, in hopes of getting their back scratched... So SS became a headache, now I yack, listen to songs, and unless I truly can't offer any criticism (due to performers level of ability), I don't leave comments.. Instead, I'll just tell the person what I think, "really nice, enjoyed it"... It's totally honest when a singer's performance excede's my ability, or is a style I'm not qualified to help out on.. There's alot of talent there...
OK, what was the topic ? Oh yeah... No "person".. just having fun around singers and musicians.

Good point Steven. I have actually made one decent musical connection here, shameful he is so far away. Guess we have to do long distance duets for the time being

When the political struggles weren't going on it was a lot of fun.
Once I was playin' with some guys and we did comfortably numb all the way through without stopping on the first try. I'm not saying that there weren't mistakes but they were minor enough and it went smoothly enough that we just made mental notes to bring up later.
I really miss the cast parties after shows.

That's just what it's like, this to me is like going back to college, I'd be hanging with the same type people.. I started a few college glee clubs, directed barbershop quartets, wrote musical arrangements for the voices, accompanied vocalists, hung out with musical folks, When I didn't do that while in college, I was playing the bars in the area at night with several bands,or sitting in. I hate college, I liked the life around colleges..... It's really all I need to be happy, being around people that grew up in a similar musical time.. Much of the time, you find that there's ALOT more you have in common with these people than just music and the arts.... personality types are often similar, and the same screws often loose upstairs...

I'd say there have been quite a few singers that wowed me... both male and female! Too many to name... some no longer here..
And some people in this forum have great wit... I always look for their posts... :worship:

Nathan is extremely talented... Hope something isn't frustrating him into leaving this place, yet if SS in some way get's to people, I can certainly understand that.

Well he's one of the judges now on internationalinternetidol (I only found that out cause he asked me to audition) Chuck, he does all kinds of music, from R&B to showtunes to rock, he is awesome. I think he's probably so busy with the idol thing he just doesn't have time to sub as much (and he didn't sub A LOT before either).
