One of my favorite quote from Cliff from the show Cheers about why you get smarter after few beers. At some Karaoke shows, this makes so much sense for some people.

"Well ya see, Norm, it's like this. A herd of buffalo can only move as fast as the slowest buffalo. And when the herd is hunted, it is the slowest and weakest ones at the back that are killed first. This natural selection is good for the herd as a whole, because the general speed and health of the whole group keeps improving by the regular killing of the weakest members. In much the same way, the human brain can only operate as fast as the slowest brain cells. Excessive intake of alcohol, as we know, kills brain cells. But naturally, it attacks the slowest and weakest brain cells first. In this way, regular consumption of beer eliminates the weaker brain cells, making the brain a faster and more efficient machine. That's why you always feel smarter after a few beers."

Ah, that explains it.  Hey bartender, another round for me and my friend Eben.  Make 'em doubles!

Okay Eben, I think we've had enough so that we can tackle quantum physics.

This is the most twisted ,yet seemingly logical argument I come across about natural selection. Read it after a few beer and it makes a lot of sense. :dancin:

Aw, she was just the kind of girl who would go for a phony wimp like Robin.  What kind of a name is "Robin" for a guy anyway.  So Kirsty was never on my list just because of that.  Somehow, early on, I also got the impression that she was going to end up several dress sizes bigger than when she started.

Now if you wanna talk hot women on Cheers, I'll take Lilith any day.  The episode when she and Frazier met is one of my favorites.  It never fails to affect me.

Nah, Diane for me. I like women who think they are smart but in reality they are so gulliable, streetwise, that they will fall for any line you feed them. Besides, she was a blond, need I say more?

Once in a while in my sadistic streak, Carla turned me on. All the verbal abuse but she did have tons of kids. That means she was at least good at one thing besides waitressing (well, she wasn't that good but you know what I mean). :)

Actually Nawm, the breeding habbits of the Karla are very diiferent. While she looks human she is actualy from a race of people who had a gestation period of about 7 years.

Sam for me. A real teddy bear. I like Diane at the beginning but how dumb can you get as you age?

The Lillith/Frazier episode was a classic.
