Have you tried going back and just ripping the last track on the disc?

Some CDG manufactures install copy protection and it is usually on the last track of a disc.

If its similar to Sound Choice multi-session the last track index start and stop time is merged with the data segment to foil rippers and cd drives.. Google ripping multisession.. I have some info a my ripping page...

Mr.October, my guess is that you have a version of Audiograbber that doesn't support Multi-Session. I have version 1.83 and I have no problem reading the last track on a Multi-Session disc (I'm using an internal Plextor 24/10/40A). I do know that CAVS JB Manager will do the same thing you described and, of course CDRWin doesn't support Multi-Session. Another thing - Multi-Session is NOT copy-protection as these discs can easily be copied with Padus' Discjuggler and numerous other burning programs that support Subcode information.

I use microstudio to deal with the multisession issue. I then take all the racks and recreate the disc before importing them so I can name them correctly using KJrip N ZIp.

I have version 1.82, and it has no problems with the "data track"... won't COPY it mind you, but it'll grab the tracks.
In the past, however, I've had issues where Audiograbber wouldn't grab a track from an older disc... got ASPI errors. Then when I used CDRWIN, I got the track as a .bin, and when I played it, found it had a couple of graphics errors. Examination of the disc revealed scratches...
Chartbusters utilizes the data track on their discs the way SC does.
Yeah, I recommend trying to grab it by itself, rather than a whole disc at a time. If you are still having problems, try reaching out to Audiograbber's forum.

You are correct, twansenne, CDRWin WILL rip tracks from multisession discs if you use a sector to sector copy which means you have to find the starting sector and the ending sector for each track. When ripping the music track preceding the data track you have to figure out approximately the ending sector number. It is so much easier to use other programs that really support multisession (like Discjuggler for copying or Audiograbber if you need BIN files). Why Goldenhawk has never upgraded this program to support multisession is beyond me.

They supposodly did (or were going to in a newer version), but I still use my old version, so I have no clue if the newest version supports multisession

Click on the GRAB, and slide down to the CDG+compression option!
