I am ripping my cdg's to my pc using audiograbber. I am doing 192k so they will sound good, but noticed I ripped them all clicking on make cdg + compression. I am unsure if this is the right one to click, because they work and everything, but they do not say they are mp3's. Did I do this right? Thank you.

yes, that's the mp3 compression.
However, what encoder are you using? Click on the MP3 tab, that goes to the settings.

Knightshow is right.
depending on if you have an mp3 encoder loaded on your system, either lame or blade, you should be getting cdg + MP3 files out of the process.
There are other compressions suc as wma, ogg and the like.
if you see a cdg file and a wma file then it encoded in windows media file format.

I am using Lame as the encoder, I will have to check again if it is Mp3 or not, They just dont seem to be coming out good, even at 192k. They crackle and such when I am playing them off the pc.

I am using Winamp, with the cdg plugin and it works ok. I am thinking of using some kind of hoster other than winamp for karaoke.

Perhaps try ripping them at a slower rate, or maybe your pc speakers aren't that great?
Encoding at 192 should provide a quality sound.

How do you have your sound from the PC to the mixer hooked up?
It's a long shot, but the PC may ben outputting at to high of a level, and the PA system is clipping the sound.
