Update!....I sold the boat today and bought this:

It seems I never get to use the boat, but the horse trailer will get used at least once a week....It holds 3 horses so that means me n daughter and wife can all go on the trail rides together.

30 minutes ago I bought a truck I think you would really like. It's a Ford F350 powerstroke turbo diesel dually all dressed out like my white Chevy.

Ginger is gonna crap when she see it tonight after she gets home from work....It's a surprize....Now she has a fine truck to tow her horses every weekend.

I don't know what it is about you little girls who like to drive big trucks, but I love it!

Keith, are you nuts? A DIESEL? That stuff is more spendy than premium gasoline nowadays. And heck, I already have 2 real pretty 4X4 yard ornaments I can't afford to move outta the driveway. Besides, they may have more tow power, but they just don't have the "get up and go" that gas engines do, IMO. And yes, I've driven both- plenty times.  And......Charmin needs her ride to have "get up and go"... you know, for when guys tick me off on the freeway, or at a stoplight, or in the mud.... and I need to show 'em up.  :yes:

I have a Ford Bronco, I have a Chev Suburban, my next one will be a.... Dodge. The big one. But it's gotta have the Hemi.  :dancin:

I'm sure Ginger will love ya for it.... if it's for her. Post a pic of it, if ya have one.

Hon, have you drove the 7.3 turbo powerstroke diesel?....That sucker hauls azz!...we just got back from her first drive....Ginger was commenting on how much power it has....I ain't worried about gas milage, this truck is to be used just for hauling horses and other really big loads...I'll keep my other truck to get to n from work.......I'm very pleased with it!

It's too dark for pics tonight....I'll post one tomorrow.

No, I haven't.... Not that I know of anyhow. I do know the newer ones have more take off punch to them.  Couple of my relatives have them, my sis just got a brand new F350, for towing their RV/ATV trailer... and they said it's got lots of take off power. I guess.... if you have to tow something.... that would be a good bet.

But nah, I don't imagine I'll ever get behind the wheel of one.  I prefer something older, that I don't have to worry about spit-shining constantly. Most people who own those brand new fancy 4x4's..... are afraid to even get a mud splatter on them..... and to me, that's the whole point of having one.

Hon, I never buy brand new...I don't like payments, so I pay cash when I find something really nice at a super bargain.....I got this one for 8K and it's all dressed out with low miles....I reserved her vanity plates this morning...They say 'PONY-UP'...She is gonna chit when she gets her tags in the mail.

Ok, here is your pic....I want you to know I stopped what I was doing just to take this pic for you.....I'm pulling the front bumper off to remove that ugly azz grill guard, so I got a jack under it to hold it once I remove the bolts that hold the bumper......I'll post some more pics once I get er done and looking the way I want.

Yah, I'd get rid of that grill guard too, makes it look to "overgrown" and farm-like IMO.

And, you need a visor on it... a moon visor. That would really dress that truck up.  :yes:

And good lord, are those RADIALS on it? Ya gotta have some Dick Cepeks on it, haha... or atleast BFG's.... a good set with some bite to the tread.  Ya don't want it to look like "Grandpas Truck".....  :no:

A VISOR!?...There is too much junk on it already!....I hate all those lights.....It already looks like a truck some African immigrant would drive.....This is how it should look if it was my perfect truck:

I prefer pure white with no extra stuff on the outside except the ground FX like on my truck in the pic above......

You know, I don't miss the boat the in the least.....I only used it 3 times last year and it paid for my wife's new truck that she will use every weekend...

Ok, Ginger just got back from a trail ride and parked my old truck next to her new one.....Here is a pic now that the grill guard is removed....I think that's a pretty good looking pair of trucks....

Well, it was a good day....Ginger left at daylight to go on a trail ride....Robbie came over and we tinkered on the truck while he grilled ribs....Donna, Dafney, Bobbie Jo and Jennifer dropped in and did karaoke and azzed around on the dance pole...then ginny returns and we all pigged out.....Then Robbie gets on Bobbie Jo's boyfriend's motorcycle and proceeds instantly to wreck in the gravel....He now has one good arm....We got the blood hosed off him and patched him up and kinda fixed the murderbike so's it could be ridden home.

Yeah, it was a good day.....Now if only you had sent pics of that pair of yours it would have been a perfect day....But that's ok, there is always tomorrow, huh?

I only have 12K total in both trucks and the little horse trailer.....I am just tickled pink cause both trucks look almost new and have all the fancy dancy options....  :dancin:  Screw new car payments!
