Nope I don't. I have realized there's more to life than a stupid mega-budget karaoke show, and the mean streak.....well, that's just me.

If Woody has the voice to match the looks, I'm starting to lean towards Woody myself.

Yeah! My vote tied it up! LOL (At least for a moment). After unsuccessful tries with busy phone lines on Wednesdays, I finally got my first A.I. vote in, ever... on this thread! That was a lot less frustrating than dial...busy signal..end..dial..busy signal...end..dial..busy signal.......

I like Katherine, but gotta vote for Taylor. He's a fun loving guy with goofy dance moves, and a good enough voice to get by. Has fun under pressure and stays true to his style.

The guy's got charisma !   When they were heading towards the Mayor's home in Alabama, Woody just stood out !  Just sitting there all mellow on some kids shoulder on the side of that parade-line watching the Limo.  I realized that was the true talent behind the show. The subliminal Groundhog prop !

Remember;

It aint about Taylor or her.
It's the little grey dude with the fur !

Well, Woody is an American.  The show title isn't American Homo Sapien Idol.  So,
yeah, go Woody!!!

Odie, for crying out loud, don't say things like that. In this "legal shouting" world we live in, if word gets around about that........ next AI audition we'll have people bring in singing dogs, cats, and horses, saying "It doesn't state in the rule book that contestants have to be human".

Then there'll be a country wide vote or wether or not AI rules should be re written to include the statement "ages 16-28..... of the human species"...... and it'll open up a big ol' can. (of maybe..... singing worms?)  LOL

Well I don't mean to keep anything or anybody out, I want to widen the scope so all God's creatures can participate.  If you put a mic on a hummingbird , crank it up a lot, adjust the EQ, you can get a pretty good Mariah Carey rendition!

They should have thought of that to begin with, but they didn't, so let's not discriminate !

Animal Planet should have a "Pet Idol",  Just a take-off of Lettermans pet tricks. I'd imagine it'd do quite well.  Didn't they already have something like that ?  One of the stations did I think..

Well, I guess it's good to see a couple of you holding up for the "underdogs" of this great country.  LOL

Underdogs ?

OK,   Where the Atty's !!!

(yes,  I did get the joke tho, cute.... Are they also Prairiedogs ? )

Aren't there three names..

Woodchucks
Groundhogs
Prairie dogs  ?

That thing was huge sitting on the persons shoulder during the Alabama Parade. At first I couldn't figure if it was fake or real, but it did have brief facial movement..  I wasn't aware they could tame them.

What about worms though.  They are by nature pretty tone deaf -- at least all the ones I've heard are very pitchy!

i thinkkk woodchucks and groundhogs are the same....the prairie dog is in the same family..

prairie (that word just doesn't look like it's spelled right) dogs are kept as pets...

my brother raised a baby groundhog and had it for years....he would sit up and beg for his food....very lovable....

This is a Prairie Dog.  Look's pretty similar, but you are probably right,  for all I know the animal that was in AI might've been a Prairie dog,  but it looked really big.

This does look alot like the woodchuck...

I don't know my rodent's anymore.. Used to know this stuff.

I think you're correct Jeanne.

This is a cute site btw
http://www.ahsd25.k12.il.us/School%20In ... Beils.html

It makes sense now that they had the animal in Alabama. It's native to Alabama. For all I know,  might even be a Mascot, or state animal....Dunno..

I better stop or people might think I had a tendency to threadjack   LOL
