Beavers in the wild live about 10 to 12 years. They have been known to live as long as 19 years in captivity. They continue to grow throughout their lives and may reach 3 to 4 feet (0.9-1.2 m) long, including tail. Although most adult beavers weigh 40 to 70 pounds (17-32 kg), very old, fat beavers can weigh as much as 100 pounds (45 kg).
(about the size of an Irish Setter ???? )

The best fish happen to be those that gave a lot of bones. I dont eat Salmon unless it is well cooked. Rare steak a, no no.

I have nothing to say..So I thought this would be the place to say it...Can't get any one to come over and sing tonight and it just aint fun with just me and rich...Oh well..Only 2 more weeks until the get together..I really need to practice. Don't want anyone coming back here and telling all that they had to clap just to be nice and not hurt my feelings....
Hmm....I guess I'll go back to watching Carrie and Ferris Bueller's day off...Yes at the same time...I have the "man syndrom" ...Maybe I should go all girl and put Dirty Dancing on.................

Hey Don, I've had the Denon AVR-3600 receiver on for about a week now, and the left channel hasn't gone off yet.. What's with this ??? I usually have a fan on the thing, and the AC's been on, yet still.... I can't figure this out... Might something just be loose ? Before I replace the receiver I want to know what's up with the thing.. I'm wondering if there are little Dr. Seuss characters inside the the receiver messing around with stuff. Some Surround 6.1 and 7.1 receivers are so inexpensive now new, I'm not sure if it pays to bring it into a shop or not. I don't even know the difference between a $200 dollar Surround amp, and the Denon's which seem to be quite expensive still... Don't know the difference between Denon, Onkyo, Yamaha, Pioneer, etc.... For a small room ???

Your receiver has either a poor solder connection, loose cable or a switch that doesn't always make a good contact. This is the kind of problem that's cheap to actually fix but potentially time consuming trying to locate. As long as it continues to work i'd just keep using it. Obviously double check all your cables. I wouldn't bother trying to take the thing apart myself unless you feel lucky enough to spot an internal problem on your own.
Everything audio has become a lot cheaper these days (unless it's some totally new concept item). I've had my Sony 5.1 receiver since 1999 and it's still going just fine.I haven't found any real need to get anything new yet. Speaker placement for 5.1 is tough enough to do just right as is. I couldn't arrange anything more involved properly. I don't have a dedicated AV room.

Is Denon really that good ? or is it just an overrated name ? I'm thinking of using this as a paperweight. Doesn't sound that good to me. Dunno, Going thru JBL's too.. Probably takes an audio engineering degree to prep a room, and set it up.

Hey!! Lay off already. LOL
That was a, uh..... "compromise". People grumping that they're too used to calling me "Blue". And, I don't need to advertise the "attitude".... I think people are well aware of my personality traits around here. :D
And I miss being called Blue, it kinda grew on me. So, now I can be, again.... without it sounding dorky. Unless I have a change of heart again, I think this name might stick. (though, I have had some other names running through my head...... so who knows?) LOL

I didn't know you had been experiencing any pressure from the fan base to do a name change. I like this new merger better anyway. I was just imitating a typical pre-recorded phone message.
