Well, I think with a good enough disguise pic..... and some good ol' white lies...... I can fool "some of the people some of the time".  LOL

Cowboys...... can be cute, sorta cute, have a clean shaven face, a 3 day ol' stubble, long hair, crew cut, whatever.... it's the jeans, boots and hat that count. And the "Thank ya ma'am" attitude they have. Here's my special "cowboy list" just so you know:

1: I prefer blondes (hahaha.... totally kidding, just wanted to make the same statement most men make) Actually, I've never ever in my life dated a blonde guy, they've always been more dark brownish to black.

2: I prefer him mid height to tall... I can be short- the cowboy can not. He's got to be able to sweep me off my feet. (I just can't stress that one enough) So, yeah, he's got to be kinda tall. Not TOO tall..... but above just plain ol' average. Though, average could be good too. Hail, forget the height thing completely I guess. I'm too undecided there.

3: Boots, got to be worn in- the real cowboy kind, none of that "run out to walmart and get a pair of Acme" types, who only wear boots to go line dancing and to the annual rodeo.

4: Hat- same thing, must be nice and worn, not a new sparkly one. All bent up in the front....... like........ Tony Keith, but maybe not quite that extreme. Though, heck..... I do like a new black felt Stetson on a guy too. Hmmmmmm....... undecided here again.

5: Jeans- No questions asked- they MUST be old faded jeans. None of that crunchy new blue material- ick. Wranglers and Levis- it's all good. (but only those brands)

6: Hair- I prefer it down around his collar. Short hair, clean cut look is okay.... just not near as attractive. (got to work on that with Chris Young, his is too short)

7: Shirt- Totally optional.  :D

8: He absolutely must play guitar. An accoustic, 6 string. And he must play it loud, and sing along.

9: Vehicle: This is an absolute MUST..... He has to drive a truck. 4 wheel drive. No true "cowboy" can drive a Honda Civic.    The truck has to be a big ol' mean looking thing, and sound tough when you hear it start up, none of that "it purs like a kitten" stuff. It needs to have dual exhaust, and glass packs.

And.... that's about it. Oh, yeah....... and a slight accent is always good too. No proper english speaking men can be cowboys, and I don't care where the accent is from- he just needs to have one.

Not too much to ask is it?

So this really has absolutely nothing to do with occupation.  A cowboy can be a janitor at a middle school, a worker in the Velveeta factory, a silicon wafer engineer,
a hot dog vendor at a Cubs game, a seeing eye dog trainer, an HPLC chemist, a third shift postal worker or the President of the United States ---- as long as he has the looks, the clothes, the moves, the truck that needs a tuneup and at least a K-Mart special acoustic guitar --- he's good to go?

Ummm...... Nope, no janitors at the middle school. No Velveeta packagers either. Though, if I could get free hot dogs all the time....... I do like hot dogs, with lots of mustard drippin' off them. The cowboy has to have a good job. Bull wrestling works fine for me.  LOL  Oh, and no Kmart guitar... but he can't have a better guitar than ME.... unless of course he gives it to me.

You know- I was kidding. Blame it all on my smart A$$ ways.... I was bored and my "cowboy list".... just seemed like the thing to put there.

But the more I read it over, in retrospect...... the hat, the long hair, the faded Levi's, the loud 4X4 old Ford truck, hail....... I just described Lonnie.  LMAO  And I guess I don't need another one of those, muahahahaha.

Hmm, I am total opposite of that description. I guess that means I am anti-cowboy. Does that mean only women who are total opposite of your would be interested someone like me?  My life is totally ruined as of this moment. :(

Well, here's where you guys have nothing to worry about:

Men like I described only attract women..... like ME...... and that can be a bad thing.

*I'm rowdy & loud

*I'm a big brat when I don't get my way

*I like big trucks.... cause I like to take them out and play in the mud with them,
and try really hard to get stuck,  so my guy has to spend alot of time fixing broken
U-joints, and axles, and getting me new mudgrips all the time. (the big like 40"
 ones... they're spendy too)  :D

*And speaking of spendy..... gals like me don't require lots of money.... but when
we want something new..... we want it NOW..... and you simply have to get it, or
face a major display of attitude. (well, some gals, not really ME, LoL)

*Those holes in your jeans? Hail, I'd never fix them..... you'd do it yourself or
nothing. Really, gals like me don't sew up clothes for our men.   No way.

*Back to the guitar thing... I would steal it... it would never truly be
yours. I would simply take it, and not give it back. You could never own an
instrument of your own. They would all end up being claimed by me.

So see, go wear your dockers..... and get yourself a sweet little gal.

"mama's don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys...

don't let 'em pick guitars and drive them ol' trucks..."

See, Waylon knew. He musta married a gal like me.  LMAO
