Well, it seemed like after most of the regulars were picked out, it became a real guessing game -- almost too hard to get it right. It was definitely fun though!

That wasn't a very good recording, just me and my laptop microphone. I actually get request from people who know me to do that one....And the people who don'y know me ussually freak out cause I'll start with Jewel or Cher or Olivia Newton-john, then when that comes up people always thing it is the wrong song....HA HA HA....It's fun to watch the expressions on their faces...

OK, that was thoroughly creepy! I was thinking it was some young "goth" guy who had decided to enter. You're talking about that "off to never, never land" song, right? Yeah, i'd pay to hear you do that one all the way through! LOL

That's pretty good however. How did you get your voice to sound like an early 20's or late-teens male ?

you're asking for the original version, not a karaoke version?
I searched my Yahoo Music Unlimited and Rhapsody. Metallica doesn't seem to be allowing their stuff to be up there.

A couple of people do it all the time also at Canby's Denny's.
According to a song search on Singer's Showcase, nobody has ever done it here.

I just have that natural talent, I guess...I have always just loved that song and while singing along to it once someone said I should karaoke it...So I did..and here we are...No effects on that at all...Like I said it was me leaning over my laptop hoping I was facing the microphone, wherever that is, and saying it...If you listen close you can here the background noise of everyone else in the house.....
Dave is coming over tonight and we are going to record and sub some songs...Hope I don't scare anyone off....
