Hello everyone,

I'm a beginner (in singing) to the whole karaoke scene.. mostly been an observer.  I was just wondering, what songs have you consistently heard being sung/what are usually some popular karaoke songs?  I was also wondering how big an affect the difference in location is (i.e. NY vs. Cali).

Anyways, what are the most popular karaoke songs that you've heard, and where are you from?  :dancin:

Well, I hear "Love Shack" a lot when there's groups of people. A lot of "Sweet Home Alabama" kinda stuff too.

The most popular and most hated in my area of Maryland.....Black Velvet, friends In Low Places and that gosh forsaken Picture!! Paradise By The Dashboard Light ranks right up there too.
