Wow, been so long since I posted I had to re-register! Glad to see you got away from the VP7800. I have one I would pay you to take from me! Look great on paper. I also have one of those QSC 1450's. I swear by QSC, nothing but good from me. Should give you plenty of power. Nice choice on the mixer, and the video A/B switch is a good idea. Good luck starting out, hope it is as much fun for you as it is for me. :D
