looks like cooked pasta to me.
I also thought maybe a broom ... but the more I look at it.. it looks more like linguini or some type of pasta.

I say it's a fibrous fruit of some kind. Like a husk of a coconut or something like that.

I think it is some type of brush or a plant...I'm leaning more towards the plant though.
