OMG!! I was JUST talking about this with my father in-law!! Her talking voice is CRAZY!! Sounds almost phlegmy.... nasally.... I watched her give an acceptance speech at an awards show recently, and I coulda SWORE she was drunk!! I would have expected a quite soft-spoken timid girl, but no way! Just bizarre _________________

It is odd hearing peoples voices for the first time after being on a forum
for a long time. I belonged to another forum for years and in one thread everyone
posted a clip of their voice. You make this mental image in your head how you think people sound or look without realizing it. Being we are all from different parts of the world you have different accents.

I believe way back in the day we DID have a conversation about this... there were a few of us (Gilly, Deb, and Seby, and couple others) that posted yousendit links of our talky voices in the forum! It was cool!! We should start a thread with our talky voices!! _________________

Oh, only one person from here has ever really HEARD me talk. (well, and Odie too, but that's a given..... we karaoke at the same place)

Oh, yanno what would be FUNNY? If we could somehow, someway, post clips that were anonymous.... and we had to GUESS who it was. :dontknow: Don't think we could do that though.

If I get a date or two in an evening because of my voice (or my looks) it is just a bonus!

Gosh I didn't realize we were so close to 1500 when I posted that...This will be a piece of cake...
Speaking of cake yesterday was my son's b-day, he's 17 now and we had this chocolate cake with Bavarian cream filling...Wow was it good...Wal Mart never fails to amaze me
