Songs about drinking, sex, and such are always a crowd pleaser in honky tonks....that is as long as you don't sound like fingernails on a chalkboard....
ah yes!...."Ain't Goin' Down Till The Sun Comes Up"....by Garth....pretty well describes the cliental at these venues...

(I think that's what its called--) In a bar I worked in its was usually the last song before the house lights came on. basically-- drink up and get out song.

Once I sing who put the d*ck on the snowman, or letter to my p*nis, both by rodney carrington, in a joint, when I return the next time, they won't let me sing another song, until I've sung at least one of the two afore mentioned songs........jj
