I taught them to listen for the lyrics. Imagine my chagrin when they found the song "Captain Jack"!

Why am I thinking of the line  "Ask your mother"   LOL

I didn't realize how old I was until I ordered coffee at waterburger ( fast food chain here in Texas). I took my dollar out to pay the young lady behind the counter and she looked up at me and said, "you don't to pay, you're an old person."  All of a sudden I found myself walking with a gimp, stooping over, and taking small steps out the door.  I'm 63 and just started singing about seven months ago - I have a complete karaoke setup and about 2,000 cdg.  Nope gonna keep on asinging.

Bad singer you are so right. I have a 70 yr old patron that sings "It's hot in here so baby take your clothes off". It is so fun, especially because of his age. I think it's great - although surprising.

I shy away from those songs. But I salute kids singing those 'old man' song; they have good musical  taste.
