Hello everyone! My name is Marie and I live in Las Vegas,Nevada and am 26. I am new to the site and just wanted to introduce myself and tell everyone a little bit about me. I started singing at karaoke when I was 17. It was by total accident. My boyfriend had broken up with me and my nephew wanted me to go out singing with him,so I did...I was shy at first and sang "These Dreams" by Heart as my first song. I was addicted...LoL! 9 years later I am still singing at karaoke and enjoy every minute of it..its so much fun and its great for practice. I mostly sing alot of songs by Sarah Brightman,Lara Fabian,Pat Benetar,Celine Dion,Heart,and some opera arias from famous operas like Turandot,La Traviata,and Rusalka. I am so glad to find a site where people here have a love for singing as much as I do. I want to post a song within the next day or so...I am new to this so I dont know how to go about doing it but I am going to figure it out..LoL. If anyone would like to chat about music or singing,please don't hesitate to send me a message,I would really enjoy making some new friends....I have been listening to alot of the clips of people singing here and so many of you sound really great! I hope to post some songs soons and get to know many of you! Take care!
