Funny, one of the first songs on the radio I recall hearing was "rag doll" by Frankie Valle <SP>... Another songwriter I liked.... One thing that always started me coughing was trying to sing
"Big Girls, they don't CRY YOY YOY".... that last part is tough on the throat !

Sure, Rag Doll, 1964. Frankie Valli had that falsetto from some other planet. Don't know how he did it. It would choke up a regular singer.

This is one long wait for Charmin's press conference. I might have to drive over there and make sure she didn't fall asleep from taking all that Benadryl. LOL

Yep Don, That song brings back distinct memories, I was 8 or 9 and going to camp...The vehicle that drove us to the day camp in New Jersey (Fawnridge day camp) was a hearse... , I guess I wasn't bothered by it in those days...SOmeone bought an old hearse and fixed it up.... That was about my third summer summer at that camp... Learned alot.... First day I remember asking
"Jeff. Which foot does this sock go on"....
Probably the last thing I recall learning prior to the big blackout of the 1970's....

Kappy here, thanks to his meds, is gonna go ahead & make his own confessions.
So I'm just gonna sit back & enjoy reading all this. :D

LMAO My first public performance was playing "House Of The Rising Sun"
on acoustic guitar at 7th grade outdoor school. Some girl came up to me afterwards and said "that was really good". A career was born! Actually, the career kind of faultered after that until the late '70's.

I had a plastic Beatles guitar, tuned it to open tuning, that a Silvertone chord organ, my mom's ballet cymbals and bongo's which we absconsed in the name of the british invasion....and two neighbors were my first band....
We did "I'm not your stepping stone" I sang the harmony.... It wasn't until a year later that I bought my first acoustic guitar for 12 bucks... It was a Kay George Washington bridge model....you could pass the Queen Mary under that action....
Being the sweet enterprising nice guy I was even in those days, I sold it to a neighbor for 30 bucks....

I'm thinking here, and needed the coffee to settle my nerves so I word this all right.

And I'm also eating a big ol' chocolate covered donut, so as to sweeten myself up a bit. Because........ this is a subject that could make my bratty side come out in full bloom.
Bear with me, I WILL be back. Ok, guys.....This is SO typical of WOMEN!!!!
They gotta do the DRAMA thing!
I started at the top of this thread and got this far- where she goes to get coffee or whatever(Actually, I think she went to tinkle)...And she say's "You guys stop everything you are doing and wait til I get back to finish".
Now, the big question is, do I return to this thread to see what all the delay is about or do I drift on to really important stuff?.....LADY, if I want soap opera, I'll switch on the tube!

So go switch on your tube & sip a beer & scratch your self already. I'm sure it's what you do best.......

You need to remember that Isis lives right next door in Texas, AND she is just as cute as you are, AND she doesn't have your extreme mood swings, AND she never confessed to using a splitting maul on any man who didn't ask for it.

Well, Keith, sorry to break your little black heart....... but I love my attitude problem....... mainly because it's an awesome tool for keeping rogues like you at a distance.
It's not like I'm big enough to fight the many men off who try to seduce me on a daily basis....... so my evil little tongue & biotchy little ways do the trick nicely.
Unless of course when I run into a man who LIKES his women to be little wildcats..... then I have to put on the charm & act like some little innocent ditz to lose his interest....
All in a days work. :dancin:

And you just CAN'T let that splitting maul incident go ............ He DID ask for it, for crying out loud....... he messed with my TRUCK!!
And that's a big no-no. You don't mess with my truck, and you don't bang around my guitar and get it all out of tune. Period. Any guy who can't obey that- deserves a splitting maul mark or two. :D

So go ahead and pick a fight with me, I'll give you just what you are begging for....you remind me of Maurine Ohara in that John Wayne movie, "The Quite Man"..So ok, if you want a cowboy to yank n spank you, you come to the right place.

Oh, for cryin' out loud, I give UP Keith.......
You like 'em hard, you like 'em soft, you like 'em loud, you like 'em quiet.......
I think:
You like 'em with two legs and a couple, uh, "other things"....... and you don't care WHAT goes on in their head at all. That's what I think.
I have a feeling you best stick with Isis, cause if you ever showed up at MY door? I think I'd say to heck with the splitting maul, and go straight for the chainsaw. (and yes....... I can operate one of those as well!!) LOL
And you SO do NOT "have my number"......!!!

Yikes! That's scary. She's got plenty of land around there to bury the evidence too.

And you SO do NOT "have my number"......!!! I don't expect you to understand what it's like.....Afterall, you are a fem. Trust me, it's kinda nice to come home to a woman who is a little out of control demanding you spank her and yank her around a little bit....Then afterwards she crawls up in your lap and drips a tear on your shoulder and and clings real tight, and tells you how much she loves you.
Most women want a strong man...They just don't know it....So they test him by being biotchy and demanding-secretly hoping he will jerk on their hair and yank them straight, then pet and sooth them afterwards...It's a daddy thing, huh?
Who's your daddy, Charmin?
