As usual, you got me laffin so hard I hurt myself! LMAO  LMAO  :worship:

I was born in Germany and went back to graduate school there...You would think I could at least read their language....I can order a beer and say, "I love you"...Once I discovered that's all I had to say to get by, I stopped learning!

No wait,...I do remember this insult: "Was ist mit Ihnen falsch? Haben Sie eine Zwiebel herauf Ihre Nase?" LMAO

Keith, Uli Behringer the founder is the "Chairman" of the company..I saw no specifics as to their business status, yet if the founder is the "Chairman" is that indicative of publically owned ?  or no indication ?   I copied the link regarding Behringer and their mission statement as well as history, however it's not posting..Hold on, I'll post it into my notepad, and from there it'll post in here.

Shareholder means public, correct ?

But do you know that the raynor garage door remote works with the Wurlitzer cd jukebox? That is no joke Just set the thumbnail  switches inside... Its been years but I think the combo is
1> on
2> on
3> off
4> on
5> off
For free play all night long 5> on...

Just happens to work with ?   or is this something you just happened to create Karyoker LMAO   You have enough tech knowledge to do it too.... I'm not quite so ingenious,  yet I have discovered a thing or two in my old age...I too live in a multidwelling complex, and I figured out a way to torture neighbors I hate (assuming they have dogs) just using my synth..  In fact, the sound emitted isn't audible to human ears ~

So I just do it telepathically.

I used to do this with just playing the violin, yet even I end up headachy from that. Additionally, you can't really play the violin at 3:30AM and not get in trouble :reddevil:

Yep, sounds like publicly held company to me....Heh, heh

"torcher your neighbors"?....Man that's Aggravated Arson!....Now, if you intended to say "Torture your neighbors", then that's only terrorism thanks to the Patriot Act. LMAO ...You should also consider that if an animal is injured in any way, then you are really facing some hard time!

Yep, I found where they did their IPO (initial public offering) back last August...I might be a shareholder in Behringer and not even know it...I'm deep into the European/Asian funds that are made up many, many stocks....I gotta go see!...This is getting interesting.

You are correct.  The spelling didn't look correct so I looked that up in the dictionary,  I'm finding with every additional year I'm out've school spelling get's more difficult for me.  It too bad too....I don't know what it is that causes us to forget this stuff... I type and correspond ALOT more than I ever did when a school kid...Yet I have to keep a dictionary nearby for even the more simple words I forget the spelling and meaning of...  Not sure if it has to do with being out've school, or the mind just doesn't retain as we age....Scary however...I really forget LOADS of stuff....

Well,  Now that I've admitted to this here,  assuming my ex-neighbors get together with one of you folks as witnesses, I'm in hot do-do,  Yet that would require evidence that I'm not just making this up to brag in here... Now personally, I love animals....If I thought this would do anything more (hypothetically of course assuming I wasn't just bragging in here making up stuff I never did to sound cool) antagonize neighbors (assuming I had some with a dog), that went out've their way to make life miserable for me... and assuming they happened to live here say from...Oh....1998 until around 2000, and just coincidently had a bulldog and a pug... and assuming they were genuinely sick miserable people that made life hell for all the neighbors, and this was the young couples first condo, and they thought they owned the whole place and attempted to bully ALL the neighbors incessantly,  well, assuming a couple like that ever existed, yeah, I'd be guilty if it happened I suppose <shrug>.

OK,  give me a few minutes to think up angles to exonerate myself from wrong doing (assuming any ever happened of course)

OK OK, I got it....this hypothetically could've happend around 1998-1999 pre- Y2K, hence laws were different.

Steven I use Google task Bar to do my spell check; before that I have to type in Words, then C&P. It's faster than the spellchecker here. Many forums don't have a spellcheck feature.

I confess that it was wrong to deprive the doggies of their valuable sleep...Anyone to do that was wrong.... Yet if "THEY" wished to torture their ***hole neighbors under certain conditions I couldn't blame them...

Is that better phrasing ?    LMAO

You go to bed just as I'm digging up the goods on Behringer!

...It turns out that Uli Behringer has been living in hong Kong and the Philippines the last 13 years...He recently moved all his R&D efforts there and built a huge factory in China.....And he plans someday for his company to appear on the Singapore stock exchange....He suspended his IPO last year for some reason, so the company is not yet public, but he plans for it to be soon.

One reason I can see for moving your R&D to Asia is to get a peek at what the Chinese are building for others or bidding on building...It is also a great place to remain below the radar if you are attempting to reverse engineer Western products produced in Asia....I have no doubt that industry secrets are much easier to obtain over there.

I'd like to know why he suspended the initial public offering and how this FCC thang might affect his stock market plans....The guy seems to be attracting all the wrong attention just at the time he plans to go public with his company.

The English equivalent of Jian is ,Adrian. Most people in my village where I grow up can say Adrian, thus Jian; the nearest they can go. LMAO

Could Keith, Steven or anyone please explain to me exactly what specifications the FCC checks for when it comes to audio equipment?
