Gotta run.......... WooHoo........ just got the call that my new mixer is in. (Because of moving, I had it sent to hubby's workplace on the UPS truck, so I didn't miss it)
Everyone cross your fingers it's a good one!!
Don't miss me while I'm gone. Actually- wait a sec- DO miss me while I'm gone. Just don't, uh. "talk about me" behind my back. Unless it's, you know, all good stuff.
Later ya'll........

Hey Kappy....now that Charmin is distracted...Man, what is it about that gal that pops me?....Help me here, friend.
Do you notice it too? Does she kinda make you look twice and keep you interested?
I think she's got that Gretchen Wilson thang going on....you know, that one where she gets her 4x4 sideways in the mud and then peels off her clothes in front of the washer?
Whew!
Man, I need a date! I guess it's time to head to town.

Okay, I digress........
Maybe, just maaaaybe I was a BIT harsh in speaking my thoughts out loud.
So, I'll quit being bratty now. (except I'm not gonna take back a THING that you so readily admitted to)
You men really are great. I mean, what in the world would us poor little defenseless women do without you big strong men to take care of things for us?
We should all just be eternally grateful that you put up with us at all.
That better? Cause yanno, it's not every day you get ME to say such things. But you caught me in a good mood........ my mixer is now here, and I can start running it through my head how exactly I'm gonna set up this music room. And my hubby is gonna build me a cabinet (to MY specs of course, ) for my new karaoke stuff and TV. I don't want no run of the mill entertainment center. I gotta have something one of a kind, something that shows my personality....... something that's gonna just scream "This is Charmin's".
Kappy............. Lord, I apologize.......
I tried to keep this all about women stuff, but these guys..... came reading...... and got all defensive...... and now they have taken over your girlie thread. Not my fault.

Charmin,
Don't worry, we ladies MUST stick together ! You go girl ~
Speak your mind, we must, otherwise the female gender would never have gotten this far !
You go GIRL !!!!
Don't let perceived false-strength (AKA-- the male ego) impede our progress as women in the man's world.. Everyone knows M.A.N is just the Acronym for "Macho A$$*&^$# Nutcase ! It's a bluff because THEY are the weaker gender ! Just as we cry, they play macho because emotionally we ladies are the stronger sex, it suits their species however, they get THEIR way much of the time. Just a smokescreen ~
Now tawk, tawk amongst yawselfs... I have housework I must attend too. Now don't forget what time it is in just under 6 hours ! It's Sister Melly's Birthday.. Hip hip
Girl power
Toodles girls

An intelligent life form called woman.
I think I'm in love.....though, it could all be in my head....I tend to magnetize toward challenging prospects.
Thanks for helping me find my true place in this life...all this time, I thought my wife really loved me. :(
So this is what I have to consider with #2 ??? :newlol:

For crise sake, make up you all's MINDS.........
Am I supposed to be a fire spitting lil' bitty?!?!
Or am I supposed to be miss priss sweetheart gal?!?!
Cause I'm getting different vibes here....... You gripe about my choice of words, then you say I'm smart for seeing it. (I need a smilie pulling their hair out to place here........uh, Phil?......... I can't lay on the drama without the proper smilies yanno)
And don't go telling me "men are different, and different men like different things", cause I REFUSE to believe that. It's not true- I can NOT believe it- my world will all come crumbling down if I ever found out that all men are NOT the same. Cause I SO have you all figured out to a T. Don't I?
*Close your eyes & repeat after me: ALL men are pigs, ALL men are pigs.....*

I was just being sarcastic I guess...
Yes, some men like to put on a show that they're different, but that usually subsides after gettin' into the errrr.... girl's wardrobe?
I can't speak for every man here because obviously, I'm caught up in a long term relationship. I can see the implications you speak of though. If I would've seen it all this way in the beginning, maybe I would've been more the dog that I really am? Then I could agree wholeheartedly that YES!! I'm a low down dirty dog!! And as long as this is what my wife thinks of me, I will undoubtedly live up to her every expectation. Man........I could've been having all kinds of fun all of these years. :( :newlol:

Oh, Perry, don't be silly *THEY* are ALL about show..Sheeesh ~
You are ALL dogs, and the sooner your species realized this, the better off we will be.. Just because we finally got a SMALL segment of you changing diaper's, and back in the kitchen where you belong, doesn't mean we've yet achieved equality in this patriarchal world

(by, uh, some girl that posted earlier.... don't recall her name) No hidden girlie secrets in here. Sorry Kappy, I dunno where all the gals are today. Ya think maybe some of 'em have those job thingees I've heard so much about? You know, where people pay you for your time?

Oh, as if even getting a job as a meter PERSON is easy these days... Try working a job where all the guys are driving hotshot mid-life extentions of what they never had to begin with...and see where all that money of there's REALLY goes
(how much is it for 10 minutes these days? How many quarters do I drop in, I'm inquiring for someone else ?)

Okay, lemme tell ya what you should do.
You ever hear the saying "Never marry a man until you've seen him drunk" ??
Well, that has some merit. You see, everyone tries to put on a big show, and impress the heck out of people when they are dating...... then, after marriage & all, they feel they can "be themselves" and *stuff* starts hittin' the fan. Your partner can't figure out what they ever saw in you..........
You need to look ahead, and see if that's what you want years down the road. Don't "be yourself"- be WORSE than "yourself" while dating. Then, if she hangs around, you got something. And, since you've been your WORST from the get go, then things can only look up. She'll laugh and say "You used to be such a jerk when we dated" rather than crying and saying "You used to be such a nice guy when we dated".
So....... go be your dirty dog self....... if she accepts you still, then you're good to go.

We cry alone at night too often, they smoke and drink and don't come home at all !
OY, what true lyrics !
You know girls, if that were really written by an "Alice" the chorus would go;
"All they do is breed"
