If you're refinishing half the landlords basement for them, and doing the painting as well, that should be well over one month security charge IMHO.... You're framing the room, putting up studs, bracing, door openings ? Building a room is worth alot more than a few thousand IMHO...

Steven,
Charmin is just like any good man.
She can build or tear apart what she built.
...and always, she puts her heart into it.....
So yeah, you can believe she knocked some holes in the wall and dented his truck.
Her firery heart is what makes her special......she just needs a man who has the same.
Together they will either build or destroy their whole world...
Either way, it will be something to watch.
Do you remember what I told you about finding your stride and running life's race?....If you ever do decide to run in the Human Race, then look around you and you will see her keeping pace with you.

I do all those things too, but sometimes I just have to go a little crazy. If I didn't ........I think I'd go nuts trying to be a "good girl". My little brother was in the navy. At Norfolk, on the USS Hayler. He loved it, but now he does insurance.
Charmin,
The last thing I want is a good girl.
I want one that is so bad she ain't got no good in her ....that is the very thing that would draw me to her....I want an animal who acts animal whenever she needs to.

Nah, I don't blame you at all Charmin... People have to lose their temper every now and than... It's MUCH healthier than hurting another person, OR any living thing (although to me it just doesn't feel nearly as gratifying yet still must suffice)
Plus he can always say he has no idea how it happened, and claim it as vandelism, get insurance to cover it....So he has to pay a deductible, serves him right...

Yeah I once had a boyfriend take my spark plug wires....I lived accross the street from an auto parts store so I just walked over and got new ones along with plugs and gave myself a tune up....
That one back fired on him, He didn't know I was mechanically inclined that way...

Anyway, Here's a perverse topic that will surely get this thread pulled.
How frequently do I water young Christmas blooming cacti during the winter months ? probably in 4" pots

Just the fact that they are young is an issue here.....These are small plants and should be treated appropriately....I am no horticulturist but if they were mine and I didn't feel like do any real research, I'd give them about an eighth of a cup water about once a month. I do know you want the soil to be fairly dry but not overly dry....Dry is good with cacti....but not too dry...Does that make any sense at all???
Why am I answering this, I don't know I am just giving you an educated guess, based on the fact that in texas Cacti grow all over the place and flourish for months without water...AND just an FYI here. Don't use your cacti for seat cushions, it's not going to be a very comforable surface.....Much like sitting on a bed of nails....Where am I going, I don't think I'm in Kansas any more......

Be Careful with Cacti, I had a 6' one in the house. I forgot about it all winter, and it looked fine. when summer came, I put a cup of water in the soil, and it got all funkey and died, I aint figured that out yet.
But on the subject of the post, Do You Sing In Hopes Of Picking Up Someone? Heck I live for that thought, I am a guy arent I?

Thanks, I'm in New England however, the electric baseboard heating run's alot in the winter, once a month would be bone dry up here, not fairly dry...Yet thanks, I wasn't sure if the succulents required more water than the spiney cacti... I assumed abit more than a regular cactus
