Heather Locklear and Richie Sambora...
Sheryl Crow and Lance Armstrong...
Has to suck to break up like that right before Valentine's Day...
I think that's why I'm swearing off relationships for a while. The whole getting together thing rocks, and I still believe in love...more than ever, believe it or not...
I just wonder if there's any such thing as a forever in a relationship anymore...
I can't find an appropriate smiley for this one...

Cheer up, Squid!
You need to see this not as depressing, but instead as opportunity!
This means that now we guys all have a chance at Heather and Crow....You know there will be a new man for them, who says it won't be you?
Think positive!

Umm...as for Sheryl Crow, I say it won't be me. She did an appearance at the store I was working at...about 12 years ago...Tuesday Night Music Club just came out I think. I was next to her the whole time, and I got the impression that she's a royal witch with a different first letter. Not that she's not eye candy, but I didn't like her.
Heather Locklear, well...she's been on my list for 20 years. <sigh>
It's not so much depressing to me as disheartening. My grandparents were together for 50 years...but nowadays, that's almost unheard of. For a world-class hopeless (or should I change that to hopeful?) romantic like me, it's kind of sad to see that a "lifetime love" doesn't seem to exist anymore.
I think I'm just too cynical right now to make any real decisions or statements. I know she's out there. And I'm not in a hurry to find her right now.

Me n you are different......
You ain't gonna find nuthin unless you start digging....Dance with all of them....Be like a woman that's out shopping for shoes!
You know how women shop and try on every shoe in every store?....Well, do the same...(No Steven, before you chime in, I ain't saying he needs new pumps.)
Get out there, Sailor!....Grap one in each arm and see which one treats you best, then toss the other...And then keep doing it til you narrow it down to maybe three....Then let each of them know about the other and let them fight it out...you be the prize, not them.
You stop acting/feeling like you been rejected.....Get out there and go shopping yourself.

Some would say you are a repressed gay........But we know better than that.
Back when I avoided that section I was afraid folks might think I was a cross dresser or gay.
Now a days I'm in there like it was the sporting goods deprtment....And in a way, it is!
Next time you pass by and want to enter, do so...Dig thru the racks til you see something you want your squeeze to wear and then hold it up next to a gal her size....You might get slapped, but ain't nobody in sight going to think you're gay.

Who know's, I still don't like to buy prophylactics in the local pharmacies where I know the employee's. I still just buy balloon's, and fill those with water to throw at passing cars.

Methinks you misundertand, my friend. I'm shopping..."kicking the tires" as it were. I'm just in no hurry to buy again.
Rejected? Nah...actually, I've been getting a LOT of compliments lately. A lot more than I've been used to at almost any point in my life. I realize how that post sounds like I'm feeling rejected and dejected, but I've actually got more belief that I won't be lacking for companionship now than ever before. I actually do have confidence...in me. I'm just skeptical that a relationship can last.

We all have strong "inner child" stuff. Certain types of humiliation never really seem to leave in our sexually repressed culture.

Ok.
Well, start looking at it this way....Those ladies are just being selective....That's their job.....It's nature at work....No animal pines for the rejected male and starts thinking their species is doomed cause those lady creatures are selective.
