I am looking to buy Squier 4 PA system and 2 microphones. I am not sure if they come with cables.

Do I need to buy the microphone cable to connect microphone to the mixer/amp separately?
Do I need to buy the some other cables to connect speakers to the mixer/amp separately?

Thank you,

almost all amps need speaker wires to connect to the speakers.  An all in one system MAY have the correct cables... but then again, it may not!

That site doesn't SAY you're getting the wires to connect. Before you buy, ASK the seller what you're getting exactly, and what you will need.

Microphones... almost always you need a cord to connect it to the amp or player you're hooking up to it. Even wired mics sometimes don't have a long enough cable. A wired mic DOES come with a connection to the mic, and a connection to the device you hook it up to. Some folks prefer certain types of connections over others... don't worry too much about that. The Squier system has both 1/4" connections and the XLR connections... both are what most mics come with. AVOID the el-cheapo mics with a permament cord on the mic, or ones that have the 1/8" connector!!

Consider Rat Shack your friend after any purchase... you'll end up going there for something sooner or later! heheheh

Reading the reviews on the link that KNIGHTSHOW providied, one coustomer said he wished it included speaker cables, and with the ad not stating it includes cables, it probably dosen't.

When you order, buy some speaker cables, mic cables, and microphones, the customer service should be able to help with all that.  It shouldn't cost over $150 for mics and cables tat you need.

Or alternatly, you could get a packaged system that includes everything you need....

There are a few on the above link, just browse till you find what you need.

My Squier 4 came ready to go with the speaker wires, a mic and cable. The only thing I needed to buy was an rca to 1/4 adapter to connect the player to the mixing Amp.
The mic that came with it is not very good though. (OK for a back-up for home use).
