Er...You know, you might wanna consider those lick-n-stick tatts....they don't hurt and they look like the real thing...and they can be removed easy with just a lick or two.

Charmin ,,,,are you sure they are not dual purpose speaker connections? IE: 1/4 inch in the middle as well as spekon? My new Sure Pa came with Dual XLR and 1/4 inch. looks funky but either one can be used.
just a thought
