It's MUCH more, Unbelievably so !   I couldn't sleep because of the helicopters, and news trucks making noise.  I had to disconnect my doorbell in fact, and get the earplugs.  Finally I decided to put on my winter ski mask so my face wouldn't appear all over the place. (Yet I'm used to covering my face, stuff like putting paper bag's over my head. I guess most women are kinky like that); Anyway, I went to shovel the Dodge out so I could sell it. Purchased the new car, and I'm almost totally moved into the Penthouse Suite overlooking Central Park west. I'm still pissed that the valet scratched the new Bentley.  (When you got your first star did you get strange looks at the gas pumps when you drove to the pump in your Bentley? People get attitudes, it's amazing). Anyway,  just dropping a quick message.

I have to call Oprah and tell her I don't have the time to appear, Naturally I'm getting my phone number unlisted/non-published too.  You know,  Same stuff most of you experienced when you got your first star.. I'm starting not to like it so much to be honest,  It's really not me. One of the body guards snores too... (you can hear the slob from 6 bedrooms away). Thing's have changed I suppose, but I'm still bored, and to be quite honest,  I still don't feel as though I have much of a life, but...

oh well.  This is the life-style I lost sleep for ?   Hardly worth it IMHO  :(

Thanks Karyoker,  Problem is.  My personal med team MD's aren't overly familiar with the psychotropic family of medications, and I'm still terrified of flying.
They'd prescribe a bunch of benzodiazepine tranq's, yet that's abit excessive.. It'd just knock me out....


How much time off do you have ?   I could take the Yacht, but that'd be a week's travel time each way.  It's up to you.  I don't want to fly until the shrink join's the team a week from tuesday.

Yeah thanks,  but it all hasn't hit me yet.  I'm just tired, and feeling abit overwhelmed.  You see,  you adapted to this lifestyle really quickly awhile back,  I'm sort've feeling weird with all the newness,  I almost feel as though I have less space than ever before.  Did you initially go thru mild depression when you became famous too ?  Sort've like a mourning period for the old life ?

Karyoker,  I still need to talk with the financial planner. I was figuring my flying phobia might be made a bit easier if I purchased an Airbus A-380 and had the interior done-up like a luxorious lounge, and hired a few people,  thing is, you know what those new planes sell for ?     I can get a loan, but I'm not THAT wealthy yet, 747's don't have as nice a layout for this stuff either.

At 40 knots Rio is what ftom ct?  4 or 5 days? Mines in the Orient now so you could use my slip its 53 at the Orrinco Yacht Club...Knowing this time of year rentals are scarce... They wont let you drop the hook in the channel anymore you have to anchor outside the sea wall ita a (@$%&#!)...

Yeah Karyoker,  I thought you meant the place on the French Riviera,  I'm not even reading that well now,  however you did mention S. America.. True.   If it's OK,  I think I'm just going to chill for abit here in the NYC place.    Not ready for travel yet,  I'm already overhearing a few saying; "Kappy is going to be one of the quirky ones, not unlike Howard Hughes was."  What if they are correct ?   Anyway,  I'm going to take thing's slowly, and try to adjust to this change... I sort've miss the old place back in CT.  Funny how everyone think's everything changes when you get your first star.  As if it's a panacea.  Anyway,  I'm probaby just exhausted from the anticipation.  I'll nap,  maybe when I'm rested, this will all seem amazing to me, probably just overtired.

Keith thanks !   For awhile I was afraid all this anxiety from feeling overwhelmed was getting to me... Pretty hypochondriacal actually..

The Car is "The Continental Flying Spur Model",  It's not exacty new.  Has about 900 miles on it but it's pristine of course..  It's black inside, and out, and I got a pretty good buy on it,  I paid cash, and talked the company that owned it down to 188K.

Anyway,  I need to catch some rest, TTYL...

(I went for the more conservative look I suppose),  I might get a Lamborghini too,  we'll see,  just too many other thing's I need to take care of right now.

amazing what that little dinky star can do for a person.... why..... just yesterday I stepped out onto my marble balcony and looked out at my Tuscan vineyard and wondered how all those star-less SS members are doin in their humble surroundings. Perhaps I'll fire up the jet and come visit the trump tower for a taste of the simple life. Do you think maybe I'll run into a few celebs? Gosh, I hope not... they can be so annoying with their autograph books and pretending like they know me and stuff... I mean "Hello?? Paris! Stop hanging around me.... NO, I will not have lunch with you at the Ivey. Geez, Miss Hilton.... do you think I want to be seen with someone who has a measley little 25 carat diamond on her finger? what... did you find that at k-mart?" If you think SHE'S bad you should have seen Angelina and Brad last month.... I swear they were following me around just to get a glimpse of my star. They probably only want pictures to sell to People magazine or something. What a crap-load of work! I wouldn't go through all that just to score a couple million for a picture! Sheesh!!

anyways.... we'd better hush.... the newbies might star feeling a little jelous. I think it's written in the forum rules that we shouldn't discuss all the benefits of SS-Stardom.... makes for uncomfortable situations or something....I dunno...

Well Crystal,  Naturally you, Karyoker, and Keith (among other's in here) have had the time to habituate to living life with such celebrity status, and affluence.  It's strange to think that I really don't feel as exorbitant as I've become since I became a star right around this time 24 hours ago... As a matter of fact, I still feel like the same middle-class person I was last night.  I think these thing's take time to hit..

Don't you folks get tired of everybody stopping you to sign autographs ?   People start getting judgmental, and they stare like I'm "larger than life"...Thing is, I've got the same past I had when I was a poor #^(# last night, same feelings, and still just type online and yack on the computer.. Nothing really inside me has changed..

I tried to tone down my appearance slightly and stick with the leisure suit, and penny loafers. I haven't met my fashion coordinator yet, so I'm just winging it for now, using my own better judgement... I figure this is "The New York" Look... Silk shirt with really bright color's,  Big medallion like Travolta used to wear in the 70's, (real pewter), and of course Patent leather Penny loafers....I figure this is how "the ritz" are supposed to dress !!!!   I might have to fine tune a few things of course. The sock's are pretty ugly,  Even though they're magenta. They don't really go with the Powder blue double-nit polyester leisure suit and it's white button's.  You know what's even stranger ?    With all the money now,  I'm still brow beating myself over the color of the Bentley. I keep wondering should I have gotten a lighter color? will I outgrow the black?, black is a tough color to match when you have body work done, etc....  Stuff people with average incomes obsess about... Here I am ruminating over a little 188K car that's certainly expendible, and it's causing me more stress than enjoyment..(I guess old habit's die hard)..I really need to let the old way's go.....and accept what I've become.  *Which is something I'm still trying to figure out*  LOL ...

Living in Central park West (even up in this penthouse is noisey at night),  You can still hear all the car horn's, siren's, and other noise from road level about 34 floor's below. Plus NY doesn't smell clean... I might have to sell this place, and head to Beverly Hills, or look at estates in Morin County CA, San Diego is also an option, right on the water perhaps, weather is nice in San Diego... I really can't figure out why ritzy folk (like us) like living right in the heart of NYC.....Oh yeah,  I guess they have to work still , must be job oppt. stuff... Heck,   I quit working friday.... Do any of you have a tough time saying the word "Newbie" now, without starting to crack up ?  I need to watch it,  this stuff hasn't really hit me yet,  and I'm already becoming an insolent arrogant twit..

Funny you should mention that.  I was at Hanoush Jeweler's this morning looking at stone's with Platinum bands... The guy in their lapidary room  (the gemologist I guess was his title) mentioned that it's VERY rare to find a White, Blue, yellow or Black Diamond (especially in a pear, or marquis cut) that's near perfect.  When you get into that garish look, of 10+ carat's these certainly aren't Keepsake Grade A stones... They are flawed... I was looking at a few 3.5 carat emerald's, nothing too pretentious of course. They are among the only two stones (outside of the Museum of Natural history down the road) that have a near perfect Gem Grading for emerald's, and I could get one for each hand.. Not cloudy green at all,  this is deep emerald, and pristine.... I'm thinking of a Ruby or the Emeralds... But yeah,,,,,ROFLAO,  25 Carats is a joke... how gaudy, looks cheap... Really look's like junk jewelry... There won't be any doubt my stone's are going to be real,  same with the designer clothing...I'll show people just how classy I really am.... I'm going to "accidently" HEHE leave all the price-tags on the garments.



But Keith, I did wake up, and the Star is still there !!!!
