Do I get my 1 year star under my avatar photo at 12:00 AM (exactly 9 hours and 45 minutes from now) ? or will I have to lose sleep waiting to see exactly when it appear's later in the day 1-3-06 tomorrow ? Just curious, it's not like I'm obsessive or anything like that
(thing is, What if there's a power outage, and I can't find this out ? or if I get 86'd from this place before even getting a chance to find out ? or if I forget about this, and miss seeing when it actually appears ?)

All stars, comets and planets revolve at a precise atomic rate and path..... But I do remind you to compensate for the second they had to add at the end of the year... No wait a minute this is leap year... You are gonna have to wait an additional 24 hours...

Guys like Steve have lots of friends.
Reminds me of a rule about friends.........."A good friend will bail you outta jail, but a true friend will be in there sitting next to you saying, "Dang, that was FUN!"

Aww C'mon folks, Be honest.
The real reason you're being sympathetic is because you too lost sleep, and had to take tranq's the week that you were due to get your first star here at KS..
Nothing wrong with admitting to being a normal healthy human, and experiencing life's monumental events with open eyes

Speaking of monumental event's, is anyone else having a tough time adjusting to M&M's introducing the color blue to their brown/red color scheme ? I can't believe they did that in the 60's. Is it just me ? or was that blasphemous ?
(I'm sure some of you also recall the bakelite viewmaster's we grew up with as kids.
I went to Viewmaster's site awhile back. They actually reissue the exact replica's from the various stages. I think 40's to present. Prices (IMHO) were quite reasonable for even an older bakelite model. That surprised me ! )
(Also went to Ebay to look at selling prices on the original better quality monopoly games (wood and metal pieces) as well as wooden scrabble letter's, and racks.. I was amazed to see how little those actually close at auction's for. My guess would've been the vintage Parker Bros, and Milton Bradley items would sell for a fortune today)
(and remember "Wedgewood" ? An anticipated great investment ? It never caught on and really appreciated to my awareness. I still have a few boxes of it)

are you kidding? of course it wasn't blasphemous! blue ones even taste better than the other colors....do you know you can order customized m & m's in different colors.....even have your own personalized message put on them....i'm going to order some that say 'property of milo' so gail will keep her mitts off of 'em....
nowwwwwww.....does anyone separate their m & m's by color before eating them?
not that i do of course, just wondering if anyone else...i mean anyone does....
2 hours and 19 minutes.....

I always thought it was a friend will help you move, but a real friend will help you move a body..................

Quote: blue ones even taste better than the other colors Funny, I've been blindfolded, and out've thousand's of blind taste tests, I've always spotted the red M&M's ! VERY distinct flavoring. Thing is, if you've adapted to the blue one's Jeanne, I suppose it's subjective... So perhaps I'm wrong about the blue ones. Quote: I always thought it was a friend will help you move, but a real friend will help you move a body..................
That's true, I'm waiting for the girl of my dreams to come by... You know, the "soul-mate" worth moving my lazy @$$ out've the computer chair for
(I wish I'd known to collect depression glass items, and some of those little Cobalt blue, and green glass nip type items. I'm reading about some of that now...Seem's outside of the pre-1964 silver quarter's. My collections are pretty useless ... Too bad the folks discarded the comic books, and baseball cards from the 60's)
(Did I mention that dust has little vintage value?, The breeding pair's of dustmite's I have up on a dutch auction have very few hits )

Karyoker and I seem to be the only ones who know the truth...That they are W&W's, not M&M's.
Thanks, for the offer, but the body has already been disposed of

I would've helped, but my back isn't quite up to snuff (is that the correct euthanism?)
