well......

I didn't use peroxide...... i didn't use apple cider vinegar...... I didn't drink tea with honey..... cuz I was far too lazy to go out and buy any of these things


all I did was drink lots of water and sleep waaaayy too much, and it's almost gone!! I think I'll be A-OKAY by Saturday!!!

Crystal, I've used hydrogen peroxide just about all my life, and being older than dirt that's saying something.  You do never drink hydrogen peroxide, you mix it 1/4 hydrogen peroxide and the rest with water and gargle with it.  You do this several times until it does not foam in your throat.  It's hard to do at first because it makes you gag. However, as much as I hate using it, it works.  Never, Never, Never use it full strength because it will burn your throat.

I'm the operations manager of a company that uses just about every chemical and herb that has been mentioned here including hydrogen peroxide.  Hydrogen peroxide works but I suggest you always ask your doctor.
