Do you have any recording software? On my adobe audition...
I insert the wave into my Edit Window...then go to SAVE AS:...on the drop down menu...i pick MP3pro...and save at 128kbps. Check your PM's...

I use a player (software) called Musicmatch Jukebox. It costs around $30. It will do that in a jiffy.
Good luck,
Dan

GOLDWAVE will do it. Free download at www.goldwave.com
you may need to download the LAME encoder (.dll file)...

Also, any burner sold nowadays comes with software that will do this, either with Nero, Musicmatch or whatever!

Also, the free version of Musicmatch  Jukebox that you can download will convert WAV's into MP3's or MP3's into WAV's.

I use Audacity. Its free and really easy to DL. Load up the WAV and Export as an MP3.
