Hi, Everyone! I have a wireless sm58 and it cuts out like if there is not a direct line of site for the signal to the receiver. Especially if I have alot of people in the way. Any settings or suggestions for this? I absolutely love how the mic sounds! And plan on purchasing 2 more if I can get this baby dialed in. Thanks!

Might be outside interferance. I have seen wireless mikes affected by neon signs and the like, although not a samson sm 58 I had to sell to help close a divorce.

Yes I do agree with the interference idea I have had other people tell me that my sure mice has adjustments to fix this. I also have a samson and an audio technica and they must have the right frequency ranges dialed in as they don't cut at all. I am going to email sure tech support and will post my findings on this. Thanks for replying. Jimbo.

Is It UHF or VHF? VHF not as good especially if you don't have direct LOS.

Dannyg, You gave up an SM58 for a divorce?? Whats the world coming to?
Good Time, If your reciever is rack mounted try unracking it and place it on your table.I run 3 wireless mics with 2 recievers on my table and NEVER get cutouts.
