Hey Steve,

Can you believe that the third wife would get jealous whenever I gave that dog her bottle?...Every night, I would call the dog and say "Who's yodaddy, baby." And that dog would jump in my lap and beg for her bottle....she would go nuts till I plugged it in her mouth, then she would plant all four feet against my bottle hand and pump the milk out....You can see it in her eyes....she thought the sun rose and set with me, her daddy.

Trouble is, that was the wife's dog and she resented how tite we were. The dog wouldn't mind her, but would respond to my voice and even my hand signals.....She sold the dog out of spite one day while I was at work. That's when I discovered I liked the dog more than her, so we split.

I don't have a dog now, but when I do get one it will be one that gets along good with horses and piles up in my lap at night like her dog....I'm thinking a black Lab pup would work.

Boy I missed a lot when I was gone.
Nice pics!! I love the dog and bottle - so cute.
Your horse is beautiful.

I personally like labs. What ever you do don't get a Jack Russel Terrier. I have a couple of friends who made that mistake. Very intelligent dogs, but a lot of work. We have a lot of equestrian riders in my area. They seem to like border collies and labs with their horses.

I don't know which one is more fun now a days. I've got a nice little bass boat and the horses to tug around now....I discovered these country gals would rather fish and trail ride than burn rubber, so it is working out ok.

Well,  they are both fun.  Different phases of our lives, different strokes.

ROFLMAO,  Actually Keith I do believe she'd get jealous.  I had a parakeet that I adored.  The little thing was very smart. Yet she got jealous of female guests. I'd be sitting in the living room talking to the girls, and the bird would start dive-bombing them, trying to chase them out've "our territory".  You see, I was one of her flock.  I didn't keep her caged. She flew from her open cage, to her perches...but with the exception of when she was learning the new territory, she never got into trouble, messed where she shouldn't, or flew into mirror's or window's... This little bird was amazingly funny too.... not just smart... If I had company, and the girl was on the couch sitting to my left,  the bird would fly down from her hanging perch, and stand on my left shoulder trying to obstruct my line of focus..she'd peck at my mouth and try to become the focus of attention... Girls hated her.  Naturally she was #1, it was her home !

LOL@ "Who's yodaddy baby"..you've got me cracking up here !  but tell the truth Keith,  the girl left because you had Pabst blue Ribbon in that bottle, and got the dog drunk !!

I plan to someday build my own chopper, just gotta save the bucks for it as I don't do credit.

Closest I ever came to that was a Schwinn Stingray.. I liked the high-rise handlebars, and the banana seat !  Real 20" balloon tires too.  First bicycle I ever had that didn't have solid rubber tires,  you could actually inflate them with air.. Most don't recall the days when bikes had solid rubber tires !!

This is coming from a woman who has a pet
Image.
I wonder how many owner's of these have heart attacks waking from a sound sleep at night, and seeing their "pet" staring at them.. I'd think those would be VERY dangerous to own !  Put's an interesting "spin" on the phrase "Intelligent design"  I think this species was created around 1986.  LMAO

I'm kidding btw, interesting species.  They didn't exist until around 1986 I don't think. I was thinking of getting one because I have bad cat allergies, and the Sphinx Canadian is supposedly non-allergic, yet I don't know this for certain of course. Isn't it the cat's saliva that contains allergins ?  I haven't the foggiest.  I think those little things are somewhat adorable..but I like Pugs too.

I know of nobody who's ever regretted getting a pet Lab tho.   Those have got to be among the best breeds to have for a pet.. Owners of those dog's adore them.
