I would give anything if anyone would be willing to try to sing Der Holle Rache in Meinem Herze (The Queen of the Night's Vengeance aria from Mozart's "The Magic Flute"). I have the backing (or can get it) as well as the printed sheet music. The main problem is that it goes up to a double high F (the first F above double high C; or in other words a full octave above the top F of the treble clef staff). I know this is asking a lot, but this is one of my all time favorite songs. I know I sure couldn't sing this--- my voice can just barely make it to a very ragged double high E-flat on a very good day!

Please, please, please let there be someone willing to give this a shot. t would mean so much to me!

if ya want, you can send me the backing you have and I can send ya back a couple different versions with the key lowered a few times... not sure if it will slow it down too much or what it will make it sound like but I can mix it back into a altered key mp3 to help ya make a few of those nutbuster notes... lemme know- tig

Hey girl.. I'd love to give it a shot.  I'm more of a lyric sop., but i've done some things in the coloratura literature before.  I'm not promising I CAN do it lol, but I'd like to try!

Whoa yeah!  Jazzy, just watch out that you don't rip your stitches trying this one!!  :)   Someday I hope to be able to tap into my whistle voice.  And then speak German.

In case it helps, I found this superb example:

I love that aria too, but I probably couldn't sing it in a milion years!  My voice just doesn't wanna go that high!   LOL   I hope you were able to find someone to do it, though.
