The thing I always loved about the pioneer laserdisc videos was that they always turned up the cheese factor and rarely had anything at all to do with the song. I present MY WAY by Frank Sinatra as exhibit "A."
The video is centered around two groups of people: A male and female mime and a male and female midget. The setting is Coney Island, NY.
While Sinatra imparts his egocentric wisdom about always sticking to his proverbial guns, the video depicts these mimes and midgets as lovers who are apparently having problems finding each other on Coney Island. Of course they all meet up in the end and share a laugh before the video ends under the assumption that they are about to all go make an elaborate 80s-style mime/midget groupsex porno. And the moral of the story is:
In the days before cell phones, life on Coney Island really sucked for midget and mime couples.....and The Mayor likely eats at Burger King.
Gotta love those Pioneer Laserdisk videos!!

Gee.....I don't know where to start with all the "thank you's"? Okay...I'll start with the"KING" (queen?) of telling people "where to go" with their repeat (redundant?) questions. AllStar..... .....Thank you for those websites. I'm going to check them all out later today. And I'm glad you enjoy "my style" of humor. (sarcasm?.....PUHLEASE!!!)........AND.......knightshow!!! (were you two guys separated at birth??!! :dontknow: ) Thanks for pointing out Pinnacle....I'll check that out as well .
Seriously guys, It's really great that you took the time and made the effort to help me out. Not being computor literate "IN ANY FASHION", you two really saved me a lot of frustration, and that makes me a individual. So...."hats off " to AllStar & knightshow for going the "extra" rather than just complaining about "how many times is this question going to get asked,...don't you know how to use the "search"...blah...blah....blah" ..... !!

Quote: Not being computor literate Yeah yeah, and computor is spelled computer  But joking aside, you are welcome and I know that anyone here will try to answer to the best of their knowledge, it is just that some questions are being beaten to death. Your question was classified in the “fresh” category, and by the way Donny, Allstar is a big boy. Quote: were you two guys separated at birth??!!
Hey Matt, shall we take that as a compliment or an insult. Either way, let’s just whoop his a$$, you never know what he comes up with next. He might be a nice guy now, but he could get cocky later.

OK AllStar......you correct my spelling.....thank you.....(I think ). I'm very "insecure" ( ya ..right!! ), so I believe the "fresh" was directed at me, and now, you want knightshow to help the "boy with a huge (dictionary.....ego....lack of testosterone ) ( hey...you said any word.....just added a few more ) whoop my A$$??!! AND, you're afraid that I'M gonna get COCKY!!!
Here's a rule (ideology/methodology) to live by ( I do): "Old age and treachery will overcome youth and skill....ANYDAY"!! So here I am, (the "old guy" vs youth)being the perfect , and I'm subjected to insults (sarcastic...fresh...cocky) and the possibility of a whoopin" !!
All I can say is....time to gas up "THE BIG BLACK LINCOLN"
OK....had my fun....and thanks again guys

If you run your show using winamp, you can add background video to any CDG using the built in AVS (Advance visualization studio) I wrote a quick tutorial on how to do it.
If you're curious how AVS background look on CDG before trying it, you can always watch the 7 Bamboo Video Stream to see it.
I mix video and visuals. For video I toss in funny videos from the web. Stuff like star wars kid, exploding dancing baby, etc. Most of the time I just use regular AVS stuff.
