Where the heck is everybody? And why aren't you all posting?
This place used to be so much fun, and I had a heck of a time keeping up with all the fun threads...... and the drama....... and the fights.
Nowadays, I'm not on here very much. I can stay away 2 or 3 days, and when I come back.... there's like a measly 15-20 new posts.
Have you all gotten OLD??? SCARED??? FORGOTTEN HOW TO TYPE???
This place is dying out too much. You get your occasional little spat between 2 people once in a great while, then it dies out. Nobody's funny anymore, nobody has much of an opinion anymore. If this were Pro Wrestling, we'd a been booted of off NBC already.
Liven UP everyone...............
Heck, it's almost CHRISTMAS~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ We should all be happy & talkative.

Ah, come on Matt. Atleast gripe a little. :D I'm a girl, I can't survive without some kind of action/drama/gossip.......... whatever you wanna call it.
Okay, so this thread proves my point. People still come to read, they just stay silent.
Fine then ya'll, I'm just gonna go watch TV. Dukes of Hazard is on, and I did always have a big crush on Bo. :dancin:

You know, I'm getting tired of going around trying to cause mischief & nobody responds.
I mean, what's a gal gotta do?
Cindy- yeah, I caused a thread to get deleted not long ago too. Ah, the memories.
Melly- It's just good to see ya hanging around these days. You were missed for a long, long time girl.
Tony- Nah, they're not gone. I'm just gonna have to pass the Tequila around or something to get everyone going again.
THELMA- Haha, whadya mean "leave it to me" ?? Somebody's gotta atleast attempt to pull these people out of their la~la~land.
Thing is, all the good topics have been covered. And if I try to rehash one........ "somebody" will come in and tell me it's been covered, and that I need to go use the "search" feature. I wont mention names, but he's been known to do that. (oops, I let it slip that it's a "he")
Maybe we could talk about Christmas plans? Thanksgiving plans? New Years Eve plans? Uh......... gimme some idears here people.

the interesting thing is this site archives a lot, but sometimes that ol search button isn't as workable as it should be.
It would be nice to have some archives that just never go away, but as with most things, this is a site that is sponsored, and I do give props to Phill for being as good a webadmin as he can be!
While I'm not quite as anal about the search function, it would be nice if folks TRIED to do stuff themselves and THEN come ask questions such as "I tried to use this program, and it didn't work. All the forums say this is the ... " blah blah blah...
as opposed to "how do you copy cdgs"... GRRR!!

Ah, Matt, I see I'm gonna have to come visit your show in Portland just to kick your little tail.
I see you addressed that in another thread, so I'm gonna email ya. (can't find the other danged thread, duh)
I will make it up there, I actually went to SwingCat's place last weekend, it was fun.
And I know there are lots of threads that get brought up over & over (does "ranking" and "honest comments" ring a bell? lll)
I was just picking at someone with that comment.

OK, how about a story with a moral.......
The teacher gave her fifth grade class an assignment: Get their parents to
tell them a story with a moral at the end of it. The next day the kid came
back and one by one began to tell their stories.
"Tony, do you have a story to share?"
"Yes ma'am. My daddy told a story about my Aunt Karen. She was a pilot in
Desert Storm and her plane got hit. She had to bail out over enemy territory
and all she had was a flask of whiskey, a pistol and a survival knife.
She drank the whiskey on the way down so it wouldn't break and then her
parachute landed right in the middle of twenty enemy troops. She shot
fifteen of them with the gun until she ran out of bullets, killed four more
with the knife, till the blade broke, and then she killed the last Iraqi
with her bare hands."
"Good Heavens" said the horrified teacher. "What kind of moral did your
daddy tell you from this horrible story?"
"Stay the hell away from Aunt Karen when she's drinking."

Ahhhhhhhhh, this is so heart-warming. Charmin, you just made me the happiest person on this forum.
"Give me a fish and I will eat for a day. Teach me to fish and I eat for a lifetime." :rotflmao:
or in more understandable terms from a wise old man (me)
"Give me the answer to a old beaten up question, and I will never learn how to use the search button Show me the search button, and I will be able to use it for the rest of my life"

I'll just go "Oh!", and three days later go "What was that again?"...
