Is it possible to export contents of the record case to an Excel spreadsheet.  Or as a last resort, can it be export to a text file?
If so, grateful for guidance.

there are a few different databases... commercial products you must pay for...

as well as the ol' online database at kjpro.com... you can manually copy the files by highlighting the words and then ALT TAB to your excel document and click and paste... but that can take a while.

Do what I did... manually type it. You really get to know your library that way.

If you're talking in the thousandxs of songs, then maybe a database would be best! KJPRO and Music Book Deluxe offer very competitive packages, and they update every two weeks!

If your talking specifically about the software PCKJ from visionics  I believ there is a way to print their recordcase.  I'll suggest  that the questions pertaining to specific software apps might be better answered on their forum.

I use PCDJ REDVRM w. KJ and I am still learning all the tricks.  You''ll find many knowledgable people here on KS but the experts on PCDJ you will find over there....

Many KJ's visit both forums.

Well the best way to do it is to go to the PCDJ forums and look under PCDJ Tools itis a program that is specifically designed to print your recordcase files.  I have used it and it works great.  I will get back to you as to how use Excell.  Been a PCDJ user for 6 years.

I was looking into using PCDJ but I would like to be able to transfer my music that is loaded on ITunes. ITunes uses ACC files and I don't know if PCDJ would be able to convert them to Mp3's or read the files. Does anyone know if it does or know what program I could use to convert the files in order to use PCDJ. Thanks

google it... found the answer on the 2nd link that came up

"convert ACC to mp3"

and I THINK that they're AAC ... at least the forum I was at said that.

Kinda funny, but a way around it is to burn the ITunes to a CD and then rip them on the PC.
