As I recently re- racked my equipment ( POWER AMP / MIXER  / BBE362 / RSQ 303)
I was looking at adding one of those 8 input single space power conditioner thingamajigs where everything gets plugged into.  Do I need to be concerned about plugging my PC into the same.  Currently I am using my PC for all filler and dance music until I finish ripping all my cdgs ( what a pita that is).  Anyway  I always thought that a computer should be  on it own protected strip.

Anyone else using one of these POWER CONDITIONERS?
Are they all the same ?

Tony

Power conditioners are not all the same.

Use a Furman PL-PLus II or a PL-PROD-II or a PL-PRO-R
or a Monster PRO3500

Any other on the market you find is simply just a rack mounted power strip. If it's Under $200 it is not worth buying. If you want true surge suppression and power conditioning you must spend the money.

I use the Furman PL Plus series II.  I have no complaints and recommend it highly.

Cheers
