ARGGGGHHHH!!!! I am trying and trying to reply to the comments on my subs, and this is frustrating as can be....I hit the reply button and it sends me back up to the top of the page.  If someone else comments, I can reply to only one more person.  Sometimes if I bring up another page, then I can reply, but not always.  Does anyone have a clue what's happening and/or how to fix this?  :angry:

yeah that's exactly what's been happening to me as well Luly..

for awhile I thought it was one of my popup blockers so I've gotten rid of all of them... (at that time I could hit SHIFT and then click on REPLY while holding SHIFT and it'd bring up the box)..

This week tho.. the shift trick hasn't worked for me either.. but everytime I've gone into my temp files and cleared all of SS ones it works for like one or two comments and then I'm done again... I should NOT have to clear my temp files of SS files EVERY OTHER COMMENT it's driving me CRAZY..

Well.. ok... shush on the CRAZy comment plz............

Hi You Two!!  :allears: Well... I was just complaining on my last song about this very problem... I sent Phil a PM on August 8... he never responded...  :| I just chalked it up to something wrong with my computer... I felt really bad I couldn't reply back... so I guess I'm not alone... Maybe now he will look into it... So far  everything is going OK on my last sub...  Anyway... I hope this gets resolved for all of us!!

I have this problem every so often.  I also can't open the songsto listen sometimes.  If I go and listen to another and go back, then it works.  Same for replying to comments.

Yep Connie.. I agree.. I'm having the same problem AGAIN today..

And yeah Luly.. the shift thing worked for me until last week or so.. now it does exactly what you're having... just reload the entire page..

Just now in fact I got to reply to exactly ONE comment on my latest sub and now I can't get that dang reply window up again..............

I'm at work and can reply on this computer.....so that's what I'm gonna do.  I hate to not reply to my comments, I think it's just discourteous when people have taken the time to listen and remark.  Talk to y'all later.... Have a good day!

yep Luly.. I have the same thing.. if I go to a different computer it works (for awhile) then it starts to happen on that computer (after a bit) grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I wonder it maybe SS is telling some of us that we make too many comments and need to pipe down???

HEY LULY... I had the same problem (finally) on another site... I found some stuff that looks like it fixed it maybe it will for you too?

Are you using Norton Internet Security suite for your antivirus?
If so. it's got a built in popup blocker (lordy -- I had 5 popup blockers on my computer at one time )

here's the destructions to disable it:

To turn off Pop-up Window Blocking

In the main window, under Norton AntiSpam, click Status & Settings.
In the System Status pane, double-click Popup Blocking.
In the Ad Blocking window, in the Ad Blocking settings for drop-down list, select the account that you want to change.
In the Ad Blocking window, uncheck Turn on Pop-up Window Blocking.
Click OK.

Sorry as you know I have been very busy...

I have tried to replicate the problem and unfortunately (or fortunately) I cannot.

I will see if I can figure this out. It doesn't make any sense because all it does is open a new window for you to reply?

I will see if I can reconstruct the scripting and see if that remedies the situation.

Bear with me as I only am able to work on these items first thing in the morning.

I hope to have this taken care of by the weekend. <<Crossing Fingers>>
