I wanted to see if anyone here has used these. I did a search and found nothing on the brand. I know these are very low end but we really only use the karaoke system a few times a year for large backyard type partys. My main concern is that I don't want them to sound like they are talking over a CB or something with really cruddy sound. I am thinking about buying 2 of these units so I will have 4 mics going into the PA.
I would rather buy better wireless mics but my budget says its these or stay with 2 wired mics.

Don't bother... .er, wait... I have one for sale - REAL CHEAP!

I have one of these and if they only sucked they would be almost worth using.  I have one that if you talk too loudly into it the mic cuts off - even with a new battery.  The second is also crap but at least it only distorts instead of cutting out.

But I only paid $25 for them so I couldn't complain.  They take a beating and keep on ticking though, I can't get them to break!  I considered using them for annoucements but even then they're marginal.

For wireless mics on the cheap consider purchasing something like the Nady UHF 10 which is less than $100 each - shipped to your door or the audica technica VHF.  But for a true diversity UHF under $100 I don't think the Nady UHF 10 can be beat.  Btw, I have one of the URR 10's - the rack mount version and it's pretty nice - other than the wrong version - it's lavalier instead of handheld (it arrived the day before yesterday).
