I would like to advise everyone, that a new member karacanary recently submitted some songs. However during the upload they were corrupted.

The file names were not correctly registered and therefore did not play.

I have corrected the problem.

Please do revisit his songs.

On another note:

Did or does anyone else have these troubles?

A submission not playing?

If so I would like to know so that I track down the error and correct.

Thanx

Hey Phill...

You know that I've complained before about some of my subs all the sudden not allowing me to listen anymore nor could I reply to comments on some of them just all the sudden?

Wellll.... an update..... this is the stupidest thing.. Even tho I have all popup blockers turned off and even when they were turned on SS was one of the approved sites, it appears one of the popup blockers on my PC has gone whacko.

If I hold down the shift key and click on the "reply" link then up pops the window so I can reply. It doesn't happen on every sub, and when it does happen it's usually after the 4th or 5th comment I'm replying to.. I had Windows Popup blocker, Norton Internet Security, and the Yahoo Tool Bar installed... I've uninstalled the Yahoo Tool bar but it still decides to do it once in awhile so I'm not sure if it's maybe the Windows popup blocker or if the Yahoo tool bar just isn't uninstalling all the way.

Thanks Webguru!! Yes I had some troubles uploading.
I do not know what I am doing wrong. I think that I am doing everything right. I have recordings  in the wav format. However I have Nero software which can convert them to MP3 format.
Can anyone tell me whether the location of the songs can make a difference when you "browse" to upload?
For instance...I convert to MP3 and then the songs are in My Documents folder whereby I "Browse" and  upload them from there.
Now I wonder should I put them directly on the hard drive (C) instead of "My Documents" will that make a difference?

It makes no difference where they are located on your harddrive.

When they are uploaded they are sent to a folder on the server.

I wonder though is it possible that your conversion software is causing errors?

Anyone else familiar with the software that he is using?
