And again the site was down apparently.. only 4 subs dated 15JUL and it's 837am central time... I usually see the date change at 11pm my time (midnight eastern). 4 subs in 8 1/2 hrs is really reallyl strange.
Plus I tried since 630am this morning to get on here and couldn't until just now :p
is the cleaning crew unplugging something? or is this a new fad... "our website will be up between the hours of 9 to 5"  .. J/K.. it's kinda not funny but it is ya know

Looking into this. Might be a outage at the the actual DataCenter.
They keep telling me it isn't but I will fully investigate and see what I can do.
Sorry about this and hope to have this fixed soon.

Phil....there is definitely something going on........Most of this week I can not access any of the site during the hours of 4am and 6am (the time I usually listen before going to work). When I get to work at 7 I still can't access it. Then on up in the morning I can. This is also happening some at night when I have no access at all. I'm on central standard time if that helps a little. Seems to have started doing this after ya'll moved the site. I've had problems getting on here ever since. This morning I was not able to get on until about 6:45 AM. I get a page not found error. This is on any part of the site I try to get on....forum, singers showcase, and karaokescene.. I know you are working hard on fixing this but thought the info might help in some way.

Ive been out of town a couple days..but when i got in at six am..i couldnt access..until now...  somethin is definitely amiss..this has become a regular thing

Three times this week I have been blocked from here, that darn "page not found" message....... once I was here, just changing pages, and it did that. You shoulda heard the bad words I was calling the KS techs Phil. :dancin: Just kidding, not your fault......... and I don't use bad words anyhow.
But, just wanted to say ME TOO.......... Oregon, same thing. It's good to know it's not just me tho I guess.

wow now..its out all night..and before it started workin today..it was poppin up a download box and askin if i wanted to download the php file..NOT..  Phill..i think we have issues...major..issues..good luck

Kass- I got that too. It went down in the middle of leaving a comment for me. And then every time I tried again I got that download box. And, uh- NO- I wasn't about to click to download either. I hope nobody else did- dunno what they might have gotten.

Everything should be fine now. As you can see it is up and running.
They were doing some upgrades on the server and accidently turned off php files
BIG OOPS!
Took me most of this morning to get them to fix!
I'm sorry about the errors & the inconvenience.
Everything but php file pages were working!
Interesting but annoying!

Look up a couple of post, Bad.....Phil explained what was going on. I'm still having the same problem with the karaokescene.com but can get on to SS and the forums now.

There is a glitch in th esystem somewhere.
Yesterday they were attempting to fix by doing updates. Unfortunately, the deleted some important background information that allows 'Apache' to read php files. They restored that function finally.
However, every night when the system does automatic backups the server does not properly restart!
I am having them look into this.
I was up until 1 am checking the server and I returned at 5am to discover that the server again did not restart. ARRRGGG!

 :wave: gday Phil same thing happening downunder...its taken me a few days to get in here to read whats up with the site...every time I went to access the singersshowcase I had my download box pop up and it always wanted me to download something...and if I used firefox same thing happened....I am not real good with computers so was a bit worried and didnt do it...but then this morning around 10am it was back to running normal again...

PHIL......... It's 1:07 PM here Pacific Time Zone, I can get into the forums but not onto the Showcase now. (I get the Page Not Found/ DNS Error)
???? (and it's not even night time....... it's mid day, so maybe it's not the problem you thought it was..... the auto backups)
