Shouldn't need anything if those are standard speaker stands.

I guess these speakers come with the bracket Im talking about?

You'll find most speakers do not use the brackets but are just pole mounted which means on the bottom of the speaker cabinet there is a "hole" to put your speaker stand . Just remove the brackets from your stand and you should be left with a stand with an adjustable pole. set the hight put the speakers on top and your all set

Most pro mid/high top cabs have a cast metal socket in the bottom that will accept a 1 3/8" round metal pole....That pole can be either the top end of a three legged folding stand or a simple straight pipe that also plugs into the top socket of your bass bins.
Please note that on most pro level PA top cabs, the pole socket is located to provide a proper balance point so the cab doesn't want to fall over when supported 7-10 feet above the dance floor.

Too small, no bass response without a sub.

Lon's right ..Compared to the 15" you won't get great bass response with the 12" cab. BUT ..if you're planning on using them in the small venues ONLY and just for Karaoke you might be able to GET BY with 12" .
But you will be limiting yourself to the size of the venue and forget about bass thumping dance mixes. If you can fit the 15" in your budget it's well worth it.
I use a set of 12" Peavey Lite weight speakers but just for small venues and smaller type INDOOR parties. When I need the bass and sound I use the Yamaha's or Peavey 15"

Oh yeah a subwoofer would make a big difference. Try it at your next show and hear it for yourself.

YES!
Include the subwoofer if you have it!
If it is a single sub or a pair of subs, then place it /them on the floor between the tops and against a back wall...Make sure it/them is powered properly and that the subs are filtered properly.
By "filtered", I mean that it must be crossed so that the tops don't see sub freqs....By "powered properly" I mean that they should have up to 4 times the amp required for the tops....Bass is the most expensive and hardest to do freqs you will deal with....Get it right and you will own every venue in town.
Many subs use a passive filter...That means you need a hefty amp and that the sub will attempt to steal all the power needed for your mids and horns....If you instead select unfiltered subs, then you need to add a active crossover.
Go pro from the start and don't cut corners......Go with subs that don't contain passive crossovers/filters and amp them properly.

I want to be able to run my player, mic`s [corded & cordless] 450 watt bmb speakers, and sub woofer thru it with total control of the music and vocals can anyone suggest one even if it isn`t a peavey but I do prefer peavey. Just want to clarify: I would guess that the BMB speakers gator is talking about is BMB CS-450 model. They are unpowered speakers. These speakers can handle up to 450Watts. That's why he asked about a mixer amplifier to go along with it. I was thinking about adding a power/active subwoofer to it, too. The power mixer may have preout outputs which I can connect them to the power subwoofer. Where would I plug the subwoofer into? On my mixer amp Martin Roland MA-3000K I have Auxiliary output, recording output and a sound effect device input/output and on top of these last outputs I mentioned it says pre on the top of them. Thanks in advance.

alrightie im confused. I got this peavey last week. before i never used a monitor (just had one of the cabs set up in a direction that they could hear themselves) and the co that sold me the head knew i wanted one and said the p12 would work wonderful as my monitor.
so's i got my p12 hooked up on the monitor side in the back and my pair of p15's hooked up on the main side.. is this correct? and does it suck out power from the cabs that i might not notice?
another thing i wonder and haven't figured out at all is - i cant get no mic effects coming thru the p12 its bland, blah. (when i turn up the monitor on the same channel that the mic is on - but its workin great thru the mains)
i have been turning up the monitor settings above my speaker settings on the "7 channel".. control..so they can actually hear what the rest of the bar is hearing and be able to hear themselves with the effects as opposed to hearing themselves with no effects and cutting back on the mics monitor channel setting so as not to throw them off.
now the people that sold me the peavey showed me how to do that..
as it was all new to me, only having to deal with the two cabs
everyone has said oh how wonderfull it sounds yada yada. i truly hate it as im used to knowing how everything sounds "out there" i dread getting my speaker stands i just wish there was a way i could hear the p15s loud n clear like i used to. :( i mean its so quiet ..say im in the corner and my one speaker is set up straight down from me about 15 ft shooting directly away from me ,
{{{ but slightly angeled upwards

(my crazy diagram x being me of course - i got too much time on my hands)
the other one is about 10 ft in front of me, but aiming slightly away from speaker 1 to broaden out the "stretch of sound" i guess u could say, but its leavin ME in the dark.
sorry so long, but god im aggitated. new system, new disks, been at this for 7 years and im ready to dig myself a hole as i hate change n new fangled things that throw me off i dont understand after using basically the same set up (minus monitor and speaker arrangement) for 7 years.

First off, the monitor is taking power away from the mains, which takes away a bit of the high end and the bass responce, though I doubt the crowd really notices that much unless you play at a pretty high volume.
Second, I'll tell you how to get the same signal from your monitor as from the main cabs, but it is very much an unorthodox way of doing things and others on this board might discourage it, but I ran this way for over 6 months with no issues.
Hook the two main cabs up to one side of the amp (i.e., output "A" or "Left" in the rear of the unit) and the monitor into output "B" or "Right." Now switch the unit into BRIDGE mode (it is VERY important that you use the separate outs, though, don't put ANYTHING into the bridge out or you will blow it.) You are now operating in mono mode with the same signal and an equal amount of power going to each of the 3 speakers, and what you hear out of the monitor is what is coming out of the main cabs. You also control all three with you main bus (volume, EQ, etc.). I dunno if the unit you have normally works in stereo, but if it does, I doubt you'll miss the stereo once you go mono through this meathod.
Some of the techies on this site are going to tell you this won't work, but take it from me, it will do EXACTLY what you are wanting to do. They are kinda right, because it should not work in theory, but just try it out and you'll see. Let me know if I solved your problem!!

Yes!....You certainly can operate bridged with three cabs.....It's done everyday in permanent installs like churches and clubs that use only one monitor or need a 3rd cab to fill in remote areas.
The Peavey site has a diagram on how to do it.....If I wasn't so lazy, I'd paste it here.

well this head xr600G i got dont have a bridge in the back of it. i know of someone who did blow their head up by not hooking it up right and the guy i worked for put a piece of electric tape over the other head he had so i didnt accidentally do the same thing.
I will go check out the diagram on the peavey site, thanks for the heads up!

OOOOPS!
Yeah, first make sure your amp is bridgeable.....If it ain't, then run parallel/stereo and seek another amp for your monitors/monitor.
I ain't dissin' your gear, but I learned long ago to avoid powered mixers....There just ain't one made that offers all the bells n whistles and has nuff power to do the big stuff or allow you to be flexible.
Either way, contact Aubrey or Marty at Peavey forums and describe what you are trying to do...Those guys will help.
