Do we have to wait 'til we're single?! ooohhh we'd have so much fun girl, we could pretend we're doing a survey or something and take notes on their butts and stomachs for a study...give us a long opportunity to look at 'em....
I rarely do makeup either....only a little mascara, I have long lashes and it looks funny if I wear too much and a light lipstick. When I go out I'll do a full make-up but still keep it subtle....I'd love to have one of those glamour portraits done, have you heard of them?
Matt....I'm sure Ruthie loves your keg and everything else....
*still waiting on Dave....if you guys aren't going to show pics of your butts and stomachs for me & Blue, get the hell out!!! Ya big chickens....I dare ya!!

As a matter of fact , I HAVE done those "Glamour Shots"....... but I wasn't satisfied. The lady who did my makeup was an idiot I wanted to say "Just give me the damn stuff la-dee" And my hair was blond in those days. I did it with some friends while I lived in Texas. I'll put one here but don't you laugh. I was realllllyyyy (fake) blonde.
And NO....... I didn't say we COULDN'T be married. I'm game, , yeah, "a survey"..... hmmmm, that just might work you know. I'll wait till a day the hubby is watching the races- he doesn't notice me at all then- and I'll meetcha in town. We'll Thelma & Louise it, okay? (just no guns, haha)
Everybody have a good weekend- be safe.

Noooooooooo....I'm not laughing at you, I'm laughing at 'give me the damn makeup ladeeee'....heh heh You look so glamourous there, I don't think you look bad as a blonde at all, but I'm so used to seeing you with dark hair it looks too different!
I'm light auburn now, but I just put color on my hair this week (L'Oreal Excellence 8 Medium Blonde - oh, yes I'm worth it baby). The sun always turns my the grey in my hair to real light blonde streaks and it really looks neat...I'll probably be all blonde this summer...
Have a great weekend fishing girl....I'll be out on the river, but no fishing for me....ewww worms, do you really touch those things?! And horseback riding!!!

OK OK!! I WANNA JOIN THIS CONVO!!!
ok... like oooomagod.... *tryin to sound as girlie-slumber-partyish as possible*
have you seen Aaron Pritchett??? OMG! if you wanna see a butt!!! ..... *wiping my chin* and ARMS.... lordie is he BUILT!
(for those of you who don't know.... he's a country singer.... "Lucky for Me" is his latest) ok ok .... here's pics:
NEED I SAY MORE? :yum:  :yum:  :yum:
ok now make-up
DO NOT EVER USE THE FOLLOWING PRODUCTS.... THEY SUCK THE BIG ONE!
L'Oreal cashmere perfect foundation (comes in a tube) SOOO gross.... when you first squeeze it out... it seems like nice light tinted moisturizer, but it goes on SO thick... it stays sticky and wet (even though it SAYS it has a powder finish) and if it gets hot.... it will literally MELT off your face.... I swear I'm not exaggerating when I say it RAN down my face the other day... I wiped my hand on my cheek, and it coated my hand!! EWW!!
Rimmel Volum' Eyes Mascara - one of those comb-like applicators.... PEEEURE crap! Gunks up your eyelashes... SO sticky and CLUMPIER than HELL!
products I LOOOVE and would reccomend to ANYONE:
Maybelline Full n Soft mascara (the stuff that has Sarah Michelle Gellar in the commercial) AWESOME stuff.... goes on in a nice thin coat, and stays soft! doesn't make your eyelashes hard n crusty! Feels like you're not wearin' any! and it fans out yer lashes all purdy-like!
REVLON lipglide color gloss - has like a foamy applicator and the gloss squeezes through the foam (ya know... like those liquid glue stick things) Sooo smooth... sheer.... glossy (but not sticky) and lasts quite a long time for a gloss!
COVERGIRL invisible concealer - in a mascara-type tube... with a touch-stick applicator... GREAT coverage... NOT thick... blends SO well... and nice n smooth!
ok... have I yacked enough?
too bad.... I'm still goin!
As for hair...
I'm big on hair. Pantene is really good if you don't use it constantly.... i alternate between brands, cuz I find Pantene gets too heavy after a while (too much build-up). Thermasilk... also very good, but same thing.... alternate.
Dove shampoo/conditioner SUCKS!
my two ABSOLUTE FAVES are OUTRAGEOUS (which is extremely hard to find. some people say it's discontinued, but I've found it at Wal-Mart) and surprisingly enough... Head n Shoulders!! I don't have dandruff, but used it at my sis's house once... WOW!! My hair was INSANELY shiney and it didn't get greasy NEARLY as quickly as it usually does! DEFINATELY good stuff.... and CHEAP!
as for mousse, gel and hairspray and all that crap.... i have no idea. I never use product... I just blow it dry and fluffy... and then go!
OH which reminds me.... HAIRDRYERS..... THE BEST ONE IN THE WORLD is the ConAir Ion shine! It produces negatively-charged ions which neutralizes the positive ones, reducing static, which makes your hair lie flat and look SO sleek n smooth!! (sounds like a bunch of hoohah! But i swear!! It's awesome) ConAir instant heat curling irons are fantastic too!
OMG!! I feel like such a prissy bimbo writin' all this stuff, but I HAD to!! I'm a girlie girl and I had to share this!
NOW.... as for FISHING
I started fishing two years ago... and I fricken LOVE it! I lake-fish. mostly for Walleye (sp?) I don't do the worm thing... or the cleaning thing. I leave that up to the hubby! I love sittin in a boat all day long casting into the water and enjoying the sunshine! And the thrill of gettin a bite and reeling 'er in is AWESOME! (especially when ya get more bites than the hubby)... and then of course... EATING 'em!! mmmm!! I love fish! I could eat it all day... gawd... I'm gettin hungry now! AND GUESS WHAT!!! Starting Monday I have a whole week off so guess where I'm goin? CAMPING AND FISHING!! WEEEE!!! can't fricken WAIT!! nothing better in the WHOLE world! I'll take pics!
ok.... I think this is officially the longest post I've EVER made, so I'm gonna shutup now. See what happens when you start girlie threads, Charmin? !! It's fun though! this thread reminds me of the good ole SS days!
..... my fingers are cramped now.

OMG......... Crystal, girl, your ENERGY literally comes through in your WRITING, haha. I have always noticed that about you. Speaking of "Always"....... nah, just kiddin'. That's a bit TOO girlie, lmao.
You know, that's true about Head & Shoulders. When I had my 2 boys they got that cradle cap junk and lost the hair on top of their head. (I hate when that happens to those poor babies little heads) So when I had my daughter I was telling the nurse that I didn't want to see her lose her hair like that. She told me to get Head & Shoulders. Said it was gentle enough for a baby (god I sound like a sissy or a fricken commercial...) and that baby oil- like everybody used- was the WORST thing. Cause cradle cap is caused by oill in the scalp. Well, guess what- it worked. My little girl never lost hair. (the fuzzy stuff, but not HAIR) Any- who........ lemme think where I was headed with that story. Oh yeah- since it was in the house I used it- I never have had dandruff either, but that stuff smelled awesome. And it really did make my hair all soft & shiny. (okay, okay, yes- AND manageable)
Off to the fishing......... I've never in my life fished for walleye. I've heard of them, but honestly can't even tell ya what they look like. I'm the bass, catfish, perch, bluegill, trout kinda person. I love to EAT bass & catfish...... I love to catch whatever the heck wants to bite. (But bass are pretty dang fun, they fight, and you gotta play em a bit)
As for the worms, Milo, yes I use them if fishing with a regular pole. I usually dig my own. I'd knock my hubby out if he said "here, lemme put that worm on the hook for ya"...... . Cause see, you gotta put em on just right so they don't sling off when you cast, and so that a sneaky, smart big ol' bass can't SNEAK it off the hook. And I NEVER let anyone else tie my knots when I put a new hook or lure on. That would be as bad as someone trying to tune MY guitar for me- it just aint gonna happen.
But for all that, I guess I'm still girly in some ways...... cause I don't go camping without my razor & shave gel to shave my legs every morning, haha. Hey- you ever tried that? There's something about a cold lake or crick that makes your legs SO much smoother than bathwater.
I'm soooooo writing those makeup brands down, god - what a girl I'm being. TY for the tips Crystal.
Yeah, that guy in the pic is HOT.........
Okay- I'm done.

Hi Charmin! Been a long time since I've been fishing but I used to love it! That was back in my married days. I was a lazy fisherman though. Loved to get the cooler and a pallet and fish off the bank all day. We used to take the kids so it was a family thing and we had a ball. I always put my worm on my hook but dang it....never got the hang of taking the fish off the hook. Got finned by a catfish once so after that....taking the fish off the hook was the hubby's job. LOL
As for the girlie stuff.........Whew...where do I start? The older I get the bigger my make up kit becomes!!!! Now I'm into buying all of these anti-aging creams and such. And then use the make up to try to cover what time has done... But as long as Lady Clariol is out there........I refuse to be gray!!!! My natural color is brunette but as I got older the gray slipped right in there so now I'm blonde. Seems like the older you get your skin tone changes too. I don't do the sun tanning thing. Figure no sense in rushing the wrinkles.....they are coming soon enough with out me helping them along. But I have found some pretty good sunless tanning sprays that work really well without turning you that god awful orange. Sounds like I don't want to get old...doesn't it? Well, you are right...I don't! LOL If I had the money I would be as "plastic as Barbie"!!!!!! but since I don't I'm just going to have to fight it the best way I can....
Okay, I've babbled on. I'll shut up now.

I guess I am girlie girlie because I loveeee trying new makeup! My favorite is Victoria jackson
I love clothes! I have lots and lots of clothes! And shoes Yes!! I have lots and lots of shoes!! i don't care what the brand is as long as it fits. The cheaper the better though.
My hair is very straight. It is dark brown but sometimes I color it. But I am starting to follow my mom's advice and just leave it alone. Had to cut it because I messed with it to much. I really like Bio Silk. And Aussie.
Ok though I also love to fish! I fish with my dad all the time.
i like tall (I'm tall 5'7") dark hair, handsome and built! LoL what can I say.
I have a glamour shot I was nine, I just had to have one because my sister was getting one. think I could have done better myself, My mom took over the hair thing. She said the lady was a well I won't repeat it. yes I know you are saying by now what a spoiled brat. ok I admitt I was one to get my way. still am but much nicer about it.
No plans for tthe weekend my fishing buddy is n CO.
but hope everyone else has a GREAT time.

Gosh, I'm getting a bit too addicted to this place. Here I am IN THE MIDDLE of packing & loading the truck to go...... and I had to check in here. My hubby is gonna come in in a sec and started hollerin'. (but I can holler louder I think, haha)
Wish me luck- I KNOW there's a big one out there & I'm planning to catch it. (no worms this weekend..... I'm fly fishing)
Lol- MILO- I can't buy capris, don't laugh, they still hit me at the ankle. So it looks like I'm just wearing high waters. (I'm 5'1") Sometimes I can find them in the petite section, but I just prefer to wack off a pair of old levis when I feel in the mood to wear short pants. Works for me.
Melly- PA-LEEEEEAAAZZZEEE take photos. Wish so bad I could be there too.
As for the sun- I never sun bathe. What I get on me out fishing or swimming is enough for me. I don't want wrinkles too soon. I'll have to try one of those new sunless spray things. (my legs are still pretty white as of now...... good ol' Oregon liquid sun don't help much there) But the weekend is supposed to be nice. Oh, and I fish naked- so I'll get some sun. Hahahahahaha.......... that was a JOKE......can you imagine that? Scary thought. (the hooks & all you know) I'm 1/4 choctaw Indian (NO- I don't have choctaw IN ME...... as Milo stated, haha) , and I have skin tone that tans very easily too, and I never burn. So that's a plus.
Milo- I don't wear perfume- EVER- but I have smelled "clean cotton" my sis uses it- it smells like clothes off a clothesline- I like it.
Rita- Yup, lady clairol is my firend too. My hair gets too many high lights in the summer. (and a bit strawberry) and I don't like it. My hair as you see now is actually darker than my natural, but it fades naturally (it's a temp) so I dont' have to worry about touch ups and the like. And I like it a bit darker.
CaseyMarie- You be as girlie as you want , you're too cute. And, besides- you said you fish. There are tons of girls that think fishing is "Ewwww...... grooossssss". You remind me of my niece Dallas. Too bad you can't go fishing this weekend, I'll post some pics of fishing when I get back. Now...... if I don't CATCH any, I'll have to be sneaky & get a pic off the internet or something..... and paste my photo in. Can't come back and face you all otherwise, haha.
SwingCat............ Suuuuurrreeeeeeee............... I'll take a peek at that. : )

I have a "gift" for writing?? awww Shanks Milo (and Charmin)! My aunt told me that once, too... she said I "draw people in" ... she's an english teacher, so I'll believe her! too bad I didn't actually USE my writing skills when I was in school! (D'OH!)
Yes I've heard of that Paula lady! She's cool! I like her. She's kinda in-your-face about stuff.... really blunt. I've seen her on a few talk shows "do NOT use this stuff... the manufacturer's LYING! it's all lies. it's crap" I have yet to hear her say anything GOOD about a product though... the only thing I've heard her say she LIKES is L'Oreal Color Vive conditioner... she goes "the color stay formula stuff is a load of crap.... nothing can prolong your color, but just as normal conditioner, it's great!" I used it. I don't like it at all.
Milo, You are the only person in the world that I've ever talked to that likes Dove Shampoo/conditioner! It's supposed to be for people with fine hair, but I have reaally fine hair, and it just makes it all poofy and fly-away..... little bitty hairs stickin' out everywhere.... makes me wanna go out and get some of Melly's glue in a can! I do like Dove deodorant though.... i like the smell... but my fave deodorant is good ole Lady Speed Stick!
now as for perfume.... sheesh!!! I don't have the money to actually go out and buy good stuff. When I was in highschool I used to wear CKbe (I don't know WHAT I was thinking.... I must have had some kind of head injury to think that smelled good) anyways... That's when I was dating Tyson, so he ALWAYS wants me to buy that stuff and I'm like NO WAY IN HELL! My favorite perfume in the world (though I'd never shell out the clams for it) is "Light Blue by Dolce & Gabbana" oohhhhh LORDIE! it smells soooo good! Has a really fresh clean scent! WHICH reminds me.... FOR MEN!!! GUYS!! IF YOU'RE GONNA WEAR COLOGNE..... WEAR D&G! that's the name... D&G! comes in a blue velvet-lookin box with silver letters.... OMG... You'll have the ladies crawlin all over you like in those Axe comercials! sheesh... I'm drooling just thinkin' about it...
WHOOPS... went a little off topic there... the perfume that I ACTUALLY buy which smells amaaazing are these little teeny-bopper perfumes that you can get from a drug store. There by Jovan of all things.... they're long skinny bottles with a ball-shaped cap... and a little stand that it sits in. There's 4 scents: Earth, Rain, Air and Fire. I use AIR! ohhh it smells sooooo good! and it's like 20 bucks... MAYBE... prolly WAY cheaper in the states (like 12 bucks, or something) it's like my little secret. When I wear it people are always goin "what kind of perfume are you wearing?" I never tell 'em it's cheap-as-dirt stuff! haha!
now as for hair color. I only JUST used the box stuff when I went red... and I use Garnier 100% Color.... works really well.... but then again, I can't really compare, so ignore me on that. I'm goin back to blonde right away anyways. SHEESH! I never realized how fast my hair grows untill I dyed it!! So... ya remember when I dyed it right? Ok... well I've dyed it 3 times now and my roots are already about an inch long!! ! I must be one of the only people in the world who actually has blonde roots! haha! it looks HORRIBLE, so I gotta put my hair up all the time now... I don't want to dye it again, cuz I wanna go back to blonde, but I'm gonna have to wait untill I can scrape up the 200 bucks to go get it done RIGHT.
I'm on a beauty mission this summer... I kinda let myself go when I got married, and now I wanna get back to my old self... I plan on goin back to blonde... and growing my hair back out (it used to be down to my waist) and gettin contacts again... I need a new prescription anyways... I'm gettin headaches now cuz I can't see a wink! AND I'm plannin on losing all my Marriage Fat! HAHAHAHAHA! I just came up with that... "Marriage Fat" I'm gonna use that all the time now! ! I just cracked myself up! I've got a wedding at the end of August for a friend from highschool... who I haven't seen in about 4 years, so I plan on gettin all skinny and hot by then. The goal is to lose 40 lbs by then (I've already lost quite a bit, but I'm not gonna say how much yet, cuz I might post before n after pics later.... the big reveal!! ! I'm such a freakin' dork!!! HAHAHA!) I've been watching too many of those extreme makeover shows!!!
anyways... can I possibly babble MORE about myself? I think not.

ohh apparantly I CAN babble more about myself...
forgot to mention Tanning and the like..
I DON'T tan.... first of all... I can't take the heat very well without getting heat exaustion.... second.... I like my skin the way it is... sure it's pastey-ass white, but it's soft n supple and UN-leathery....
besides.... even if I DID go and lay out... I'd come back in lookin like a lobster anyways and who the heck wants that? NO THANKS! I'll just slather on ma sunscreen and keep my cowboy hat on thankyaveryMUCH!
BUT!!! I did go out and buy that Coppertone Endless Summer self tanner stuff.... it's got two chambers and one side squirts the tanner and the other side is a lotion... that works VERY well... no streaks at all!!! But ya kinda gotta do it every day to build up the tan... I don't have the patience for that I gotta get up too damn early in the morning as it is! Forget waitin a half hour to put my clothes on!
