Hey folks -
As most of you know by now, I have been doing some work on the sites.
They have all been moved to a new server. I am still fixing a few server side issues but I think it is just about complete.
What I would like to know is are you still have issues with pages loading slowly?
Let me know.
Please provide the page name and how long it took to load.
Also, if you test your ISPs bandwidth speed and let me know that would be great as well.
Try one of these: That will give me an idea of where I may need to fix (or at least try too)
Note this page took: 0.270326 seconds to load My speed: Communications 4.3 megabits per second Storage 526.7 kilobytes per second 1MB file download 1.9 seconds Subjective rating Awesome

Most pages seem to load pretty quickly for me... but then again, I wasn't one of the ones who had noticed that things were slow. I was just having problems getting into the forums at one time when I believe things were being transferred, or worked on.
My speed at Bandwidthplace (Cable):
Communications 3.9 megabits per second
Storage 477.6 kilobytes per second
1MB file download 2.1 seconds
Subjective rating Awesome
According to the CNET link, I'm running slightly faster than a T1 line. How that works is beyond me:
3000.0 Kbps = N x T1 3.0Mbps
(Mine)3607.4 Kbps = 3607.4 kbps

things do seem to be loading faster.. but then, my connection is much slower than it ever was back home.. so, blah to me;)

Communications 693.3 kilobits per second
Storage 84.6 kilobytes per second
1MB file download 12.1 seconds
Subjective rating Not bad

Lol, whenever I become not a wuss, can convince a friend to come with me, and make my parents watch the kid;) (Probably sometime in July, I have a friend moving (out of her parents house for the first time) into Clayton Park, and she wants me to come over, and help her find something to do, because hse doesn't own a car, OR know her way around)

Micky - Please start a new Topic in the Singer's Forum and list all the songs that you are having trouble with.
1) I would like to see if others are having the same trouble.
2) I can see if the songs were properly submitted.
3) Others can add to the list and I can check that list to perform any corrections.
Thanks,
PHiLL

Gilly I'm sure I could put the Taxi sign back on the car . Our shows aren't too far by car from Clayton Park.

Site is faster but I could not access the site at all during the morning hours on Wednesday, Thursday or Friday of this week. I would get an error message saying page not found, site may have moved. I would get to work and try to access and couldn't access there either.....but later in the day could access it and also when I returned home from work I could access it. I could reach all other sites during this time.

Communications 925 kilobytes per second
Storage 112.9 kilobytes per second
1MB file download 9.1 seconds
