None Cavs is terrible quality equipment. Spend your money on a decent product that will last, a JVC or RSQ single or triple tray player.

If you have a need to play SCDG's then it's fine to consider these players.  Otherwise, I'd stick with a more 'professional' quality player.

I have a fairly wide variety of players, some I won't buy again, others I'd buy again without thinking about it.

RSQ 333 - Triple tray player is top notch and queues up a CDG in nothing flat.  Drawback? Can't play DVD's, MP3+G's, or SCDG's.

CAVS 203G - Single tray player.  Plays most everything (not sure on MP3+G).  Drawback? Takes forever (10-15 seconds) to queue up a CDG.  SCDG's queue in a matter of 2-3 seconds though.

RJTech 3700/3900 - Plays most everything but MP3+G and SCDG.  CDG's don't always swipe evenly, but I've been told it's better in the later players (4100 and later models).

For home use nearly all of these players will be just fine provided they will play the format you plan on using.

If you're doing a professional show I'd go with the JVC/RSQ/Nutech or other better quality player provided they handle the format you use.  The 203G player I have doens't have a few nice features, like the ability to plug into a VGA output so you can use a normal LCD monitor instead of a tv, and a few other odd things that could be useful.
