HUH?

Okay for clarification.

There are "Moderators" these people simply watch the forums for inappropriate posts or posts that should be placed elsewhere. These people only have access to a small moderator section within the forums. They cannot make changes to the actual site. (Gawd forbid - Ha Ha! I can only imagine the headaches they could create!)

I am the only webmaster/ programmer on the site. I do hire out some work but these changes are made off-site then I install the scripts after verifying the function.

Also, we have volunteers who decided to keep the theme of the week running. They don't even have moderator access. They just do it for FUN!

To everyone thanks for all your valuable feedback.

NOTE: I am still working on the "speed" issue.

The speed issue has gotten a bit better on my end..... i think..... maybe I'm just used to it now! !!

I am using dial up instead of DSL and even with a new computer with plenty of power and speed, I am always running slow in SS! I just figured it was because of my service! My only problem is how long it takes for me to load a song file to listen to! That seems to  take forever!

Okay Okay - I posted this in another topic as well, "Paid Memberships" <-- you may want to read that and comment!

Anyway - I have been furiously working on the "SPEED" issue... I am trying to fix the load time. I recently did some adjustments to a few scripts - HOPEFULLY - you will see an improvement!

Things have seemed quite a bit better on my end.  Once in awhile I'm getting a lag but over all much improvement!  It seems the more songs a person has posted the longer it takes to open their profile but I guess that is to be expected since the page is bigger.

Still working on a few items...

Also, I noticed that when I changed one script I caused an error in the Top Songs area... I need to repair that...

So I am will continue to work on this -
