It's available on Sound Choice discs 8169 and 8772. I don't have those discs but it might be a start.
It's also available in the Sweet Georgia Brown 66 disc set - either disc 60 or 66 (not sure - there were a couple different releases). It's also available on one of their pop packs discs GB0060.
You can also try Legends 188.
Karaoke.com carries all of these discs (according to their web site).
