Tig not sure if this is the same kind of thing.. but I wasn't able to get my Prillian open... was getting error messages. So.... I click on Message Log... deleted all my received messages. and then hit the refresh on Prillian.. and it worked.
Not sure if anyone else is having these kinds of probs.... but that seemed to help me.
