What?? You're asking simple little ol' me if something makes SENSE?? Uhhhhhh.......duh....... no.
Nah, I get what you're saying. (I think?!?)
And- no "one amazing system" here at my house, so I guess I could never have that happen. Goodie- I can keep it cranked up and tell my landlord "Uh-uh..... will NOT break the glass if I leave it that loud.."
Is this JUSTY?? Maybe just my wild imagination, but the typing looks different. (kinda guy- like you know)
Gosh- if it's you Gilly.... no offense.... just let me know and I'll yank my foot outta my mouth.

yes, but, whether or not, it is at EXACTLY the right frequency or not, it WILL break glass. If the noise is loud enough it WILL break glass. if it IS at the resonate freq. then it doesn't need to be AS "loud". but, loud enough, and it WILL break glass.
Im mean, at 180 db, sound can kill someone.
Anyways i stop.

Justy is playing x-plane.
Oh, and the ONLY reason I am babbling about this, is, my husband is in SCHOOL, to LEARN this sort of thing.. and is all i ever hear about:) Physics, electronics, avionics.. i am tired of it all.

There must be something to this resonance, My singing knocks screaming cats out've tree's, and causes funny vibrations on peoples faces making it appear they are laughing hysterically.

I would know exactly NOTHING about that kinda stuff.
Which is why it's cool- since Justy does- that you're sharing it here. You know- to enlighten us idgits a little?
Oh, not calling anyone else here an idgit- just me.
OK- foot back out of mouth now- sorry Gilly- didn't mean nothing bad. I make constant typos. And- I've been accused of being kinda "guy like" myself. I even pee standing up when I'm outdoors.
OMG...... totally kidding on that one. (you do believe me, right?) hahaha

Steven..... I've heard you say such things before..... surely if you're a musician you can't be as bad as all that. Are you maybe just be too critical of yourself ?
Are you ever going to sub a song for us to hear ?

Charmin
I can pee standing up... maybe my only one talent. however, it involves the use of one hand, and occasionaly dribbling.
Ya know, they made devices to help women do that? Pee standing up that is.
Yes, I already asked steve to post a song.. I highly doubt he will... i say he makes a pretend account, and posts under that, and ask for honest opinions.

Oh my GOSH..... the pictures you are bringing to mind are certainly not pretty. I would tell ya a camping story, but....ummmm..... maybe not here in public. *lol* But I'll tell ya this... it involved lots of vodka, my crazy niece, and a straw. hahahahaha
Gosh... better not get this topic deleted. Behave yourself Blue.

Yeah, Gilly.... I recall seeing something one time (long ago). It was like some dang little funnel that folded up and you could carry in your purse. (disposable??) L-O-V-E-L-Y...... just what I need.
I think it was even made out of some type of paper product wasn't it? I mean- paper- HELLO.
Yeah, I wish Steven would sub too. I'm used to knowing what people here SOUND like when I talk to them..... but he's pretty elusive. Good idea on the "subbing under another name". That way if it WAS bad, he wouldn't have to claim it if he didn't want to. OR....... maybe he HAS....... and we don't know. (???..... insert theme song from "Twilight Zone" here....)
Steven? Are you holding out?
What WAS the topic here? And HOW did we change it? Gilly- it musta been you. I don't hijack.... heck, I'm only an "advanced poster" in the forums.... and you're a "super DUPER poster".
So I'll quit babbling about other stuff.
Note to self:: Don't drink Mike's Hard Lemonade then jump in the forums.

Lol, it would be my fault.... next time you look, it will say "thread moved"... and it will be ALL my fault:)
A straw eh?

Blue,
The voice is unlike ANY other musical instrument. If it is like a musical instrument, I got stuck with the five & dime model.
I'm trying to learn to sing. As soon as I think I can make presentable sounds, the town lifts the ordinance, pigs fly, hell freezes over. I'll sub..
I promise !

Gosh...... Steven, from the way you make it sound...... will I still be ALIVE to hear it? Bear in mind, I'm allready 36...... and I haven't heard anyone predicting "pigs flying".
I would like to hear you..... you say you're learning. You don't think some folks here may could give ya good advice ? Or critique ? Or wait- I think that can of worms might be empty. I'M not buying a new can.
Not another mention about that "C" word. *lol*
I wouldn't bug you..... it took me years to sing in front of anyone but my mom, so I know how you feel. Just thought I'd ask.

Gilly- where did you go??
Did it work??
I was gonna tell ya something about my great nephew..... Phoenix Sky. I could never figure out how to put his pics here in the forums, so there are two in my gallery. I put them there for you to see since you asked to see him. So go see them when ya get a chance. As my "avatar" they were just way too small.
Gonna go listen to some more mushy love songs now.....

I'm certain folks here could help me. Yet I really can't sing. Since I know this, I'm quite reluctant to submit a sample of something lousy. I haven't given up hope however. One day I plan on waking up, and sounding like Burton Cummings.
I'm sure I could find a voice instructor around here, who's charitable enough (and has a good enough sense of humor) to try to coach me.

Ah..... well. Can't blame us for trying to encourage someone to sing. Course you probably DO.... you just don't want us to HEAR.... right?
That's okay. I practice yodeling ONLY in my car.... or at home when everyone else is gone. I haven't been trying for long, and I'm NOT ready to share it yet. So I understand.
Is that YOU in the pic.... it looks alot different from your last. Juuuuust curious, tho I'm sure you wouldn't put up a pic of someone ELSE.

Micky..... are you laughing at my ignorance?
I know I can be funny at times..... to cover my idiocy, haha.
But I don't wanna be like "the funny little village idiot of the forum".... .
Are ya really gonna do the BeeGees? I'm sure you'll sound much better than they did. That guy needed to loosen his britches I think..... his jeans were tighter than, ummmm...... some gals wear them .
