Not sure if I can explain this ..I have an E-Machine desk top couple years old, I can't copy to my cd/rw from ( my documents or from E-Mail link) when I try I get the window that says (place blank disc in drive) I've tried different discs I am sure that they are blank....the drive does work with media player, plays and burns discs..went to hardware divices, says drive is working properly...any help would be appricated.....

what kind of Operating system, burner, and burning software are you using?
You're WAYYYYYyyyyy too vague here.
