Okay we are trapped and all this food talk is getting to me. Looks at his strawbery-banana smoothie - looks at Misty white wolf dog who looks back at him with the same look. My favortie drink is Ambrosia and very few people know what it is.

Sorry Crystal a lot of sugar in peanut butter but there are sugar-free less sugar ones out there.

I wouldn't be very happy if I had to cut back on carbs. Carbs have a natural antidepressant affect, and they are calming too.

FOR CRYSTAL
*************************************
Warning -- this is ENTIRELY off topic
(but maybe if we eat like this then we can become more than an "average" singer ~ )
*************************************
Peanut-Banana Smoothie
This is my favorite recipe:
1 cup frozen bananas
1 cup milk
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp sugar (can also use splenda, or substitute, etc.)
1 tsp vanilla extract
Place all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately. Can garnish with fresh bananas...
~ Enjoy~

I gave up WW so I couldn't tell ya... I stalled after 20lbs lost so figured didn't need to keep paying the $$ and weigh the same -
Actually Cindy - I found some substitutes for this recipe on the Net -- I'll pm ya and those have the ww points on them... I think I saw one that was like 2 pts. Pretty good in my book and it's really close to this recipe.

My mind is waste.. well, a sewer... no, more like a gutter..
After that, I went out and ate spoonfuls of peanut butter . (by the way, NORMAL peanut butter is like, 80 percent sugar... yucky stuff) I eat only the natural JUST peanuts stuff, OR make my own. A little peanut oil, and lotsa peanuts, I also only make my own mayo.... if I am too busy, I only eat hellmans..) Ok, I am babbling...
Jello? To play in?... hmmm..... let me go fill my tub...

I was thinking of starting a new thread, yet than I realized Nah, I've been yacking way too much anyway for a newbie. So I'll say what I was going to post in here, because it pertains to what's been discussed so-far, regarding AI, and the average singer.
Competition. This is a VERY weak area for me. Seems that anyone who is average in any area they compete in, is inevitably going to get their butt kicked. What must the mindset be of the healthier competitor entering a competition ? How should a person handle winning, knowing it's a temporary position ? How do you prepare yourself for getting your butt kicked ?
Inquiring minds want to know
I think I just changed my mind. I'm starting a new thread about this
