Nope Syber -- it doesn't matter if you are a pd member or not.
Those rankings aren't viewable to anyone other than the person that actually left them.
I recall Phill saying that once too not to long ago that rankings are basically anonymous - it apparently used to show who ranked what but it sounded like that caused feuding ...
